- A hotel review and walk-through of Les Suites in Ottawa. I had booked a single room suite and found myself upgraded into a large 2-room suite. I stayed for 2 nights in August.
Recorded in 4K at 60 FPS with a DJI Pocket 2.

Love your mini reviews!! I'm still laughing about your hotel room, pool, closets, bathroom water pressure etc. You are so original and funny without even trying to be. Your speech and mannerisms are one of a kind. That's why we all love you so much.
That is a great description of Johnny. Reminds us we are all 'human' and Canadian. Sorry...
Ottawa actually does look kind of cool and interesting .. thanks johnnny
Always comforting to know your hotel has no isolator troubles…
When I was on my grade 8 trip to Ottawa we stayed at Les Suites. When I moved to Ottawa after university one of my first stops was to see if it was still there. Good times
I Hope the Motel watches your video and picks up on the 'headboard 'swipe test'. You have to admit that it is a huge suite and those beds look very comfortable. Having a view looking towards the Ottawa River is nice and your proximity to the Byward Market is perfect for getting back here quickly. The Market is THE nightlife location near the Hill.
There was a Tim Hortons down the street to the left too. So much fun in Ottawa. So much to do. Loved the Haunted Jail and Byward Market
Wow what a room. Did you even use the beds or just rhe pull ot LOL. Closer to the fridge and t.v. i guess. Thank you did enjoy. 👍😊❤
Just another quick comment. I grew up in Ottawa and if you ever get back here again make a point to go over to the Quebec side. So many beautiful places to see like Camp Fortune, Pink's Lake, and the NCC Gatineau trails.
WOW looks just like a traditional 1980's apartment for people staying long term for work . I always freak out wondering if the room has been properly cleaned or not . Like the white bed sheets so you know fresh . Mark (Toronto) 🤪👍
When I visited Ottawa back in May 2015, I stayed at Days Inn Hotel near Hunt Club & Riverside / near Ottawa Airport (YOW), & it's a very good hotel that i'm seeing!
Thx for the review
Hi Johnny..big place.. cool..minus the dust..lol
It definitely does look like an apartment building
Ya it does
Dear Mr. Johnny Strides... What on earth, Dude, did you get, a suite at Buckingham Palace... I am howling in laughter... It's enormous!!.... Johnny is Toronto's Vlogger.... A single room with a single bed and then a room with two Queen size beds....Holy smokes!..... OH, I am so glad you gave this suite a passing grade.... I really do recommend people to watch this vlog because it's fun to listen to how you give the review..... I mean, don't hold back, Dude, FEEDBACK is essential.... The End..... Johnny is Toronto's Vlogger.... Always in Good Taste.... CHEERS.... Be supportive and subscribe.... Check out Johnny Stumbles...
Agree with what you said it looks more like an apartment complex that was turned into a hotel . 200$ per night for the size of the room is not bad at all
Johnny! I wish you a nice day!🍀🌻🇾🇪🌏🍀
For 1 person, a 2 bedroom suite with 3 double beds and a sofa bed is overkill; I assume the upgrade is free. Moreover, on short travel stays, I usually don't need a full-size kitchen; I prefer to eat out and sample the local cuisine. But the balcony has a nice view.
The Hotel is not to bad and I don't mind the view but what you said about McDonalds, I don't think I would stay there. Just one thing, why a dryer but no washing machine? Great review!👍
Damn that place looks nice, you could definitely live there long term.
OOPS!!! I am late but Johnny, You forgot the LIGHT PARTY this time.
Seems like you are into CARS, like me. You don't see Lamborghini Countach frequently.
Was the elevator keycarded?
I loved this hotel
Maybe the it was an apartment complex at one time and they converted it to a hotel.
Good video, although it kills me the way you’re say Rideau.
I had never really paid attention to how it's said before... I'm not French and don't speak it at all so I try my best but I will continue to butcher French words I'm sure.
@@JohnnyStridesnah the problem
Is you were saying it in a French way lol we say the words in a English way in Ottawa so it’d be “Ree-Dough”
Greetings from Venezuela. Simon Bolivar was born in Caracas and he set free 5 countries: Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Perù y Bolivia. He was a friend of George Washington too.
My stayed at Toronto and Ottawa Marriott Hotels and I am sick and tired of COVID excuses for almost nonexistent service. I will give these hotels 1 star ⭐️. Besides non- cleaning the rooms, no water, slippers, room service closing at 9 to 10 pm.
That kitchen is also bigger than mine.
What is the name of the camera used to shoot this video?
He says which camera he uses in the video description.
Hi Johnny I would complain if it was me if it was not very clean,
Actually, REE-dough for Anglophone Ottawans...
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
🥰🥰🌟🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩
I've stayed here. Haha, random.
By the looks of it the cleaner needs to learn how to clean lol. The dust on the bed headboards and skirting boards (especially in the cupboards) is disgusting... As a cleaner / housekeeper myself that would really annoy me. My OCD would kick in and I would of have to buy a duster and dust everywhere lol 😆 And no comment on the 🧻🤐
Jonny, you should do a car rental and return at Toronto Pearson Airport as well as terrible COVID excuses at the airport and Via Rail boarding line fiasco and COVID-19 hypocrisy. I am sure you’re RUclips subscriber would save themselves much griefs if they’re not armed with knowledge!
I had zero issues taking the Via to Ottawa and have yet to encounter much issues flying other than a longer than usual lineup at US customs.
I would drink a few beers and sleep in a bench/tent than spent $200/night for what?!
Good luck with that...
