I do everything by myself, it's really hard to balance healthy eating, spiritual nourishment, physical exercise, cleaning and organizing the house and still creating content for the channel! But nothing is easy in this life, I'm going to dedicate myself a lot to achieve my goal of becoming the best version of myself and I'm going to share this process with you! In today's video I showed a little bit of how I organize the food for the week, I made lunch boxes for the whole week, I also made healthy lunch boxes for my dog ​​lol. HAVING HEALTHY FOOD READY makes it easier to stick to the diet.
I went to the gym, even though I was late, I worked out for 40 minutes. Done is better than perfect 💪🏼💪🏼 I cleaned and organized the house the way I could 😅
