All the steps necessary to obtain a fantastic result to your project. And... all the stuff a customer doesn't see or can"t even begin to understand takes place all before hand... A lot of moving parts guys. Well done, Dirty Jersey out!!

It's always interesting to see how other craftsmen do these tasks. I'm a hobbyist but I still pick up tips every time I watch something like this. Thanks.

Concise and to the point. 🎯. Question - why 2-7/16 and not just get to to 2-1/2?

We’re looking for the rails and stiles to finish at 2-3/8” so we’ll take 1/16” off when we do the sticking cut on the shaper.

2:56 Just as an interesting aside, “get on the receiving end” is also known as tailing the planer. I learned that from several years of working around custom millwork shops in North Carolina. I’d suggest it would be helpful if you could speak to how and at what stage of the process you detected the tension . Good information and a clear look at the beginning of the process.

That’s cool to know! Thanks for watching! Rob found the tension on the tablesaw
