My son was sick for 48 hours fell into a coma blood sugar to 2260! He lived! I asked for a counselor it took them a week to get in there and the next morning the head of Psychiatry at Primary Children's Hospital woke me up saying I had to call CPS because he told me his stepdad had beat him every time I left the home! This was not true however at the time I didn't know that ran out of the hospital room and cried I was devastated! I found out she called CPS on me for not giving him insulin which it was new-onset type 1! I told her this but it was right there TopLine in the records. My younger son was yanked out of Cedar City Elementary devastated not understanding why they were questioning him and it brought immense suffering on our family but I couldn't allow the negativity around my son because of his healing.
You're right CPS is not there for the child they're there to steal the child and sell it to some pedophile
I was in a domestic violence situation where my ex strangled me and pushed me multiple times in front of my 4 month old son..I got blamed for "failure to protect". He denied all of the dv. The court covered for him and they threw me under the bus. They have tried to strip me of my rights.
If you admit to a crime to your attorney, are they obligated to inform the police or the prosecution? Would there advice then be to take a plea?

Because my father, who is not a registered sex offender, but molested my daughter, bio-mother at age 7 (when I found that out I moved away from him and raised her in a different state) CPS claims we failure to protect When we called police to report my grandson crying hysterically to see that the man at his daycare had sex with him three times taping his mouth and his hands twice and handcuffing him once. All three of my grandchildren are now adopted by foster mother who’s father has 5 child sex charges against him, in the state of Idaho and is seen on her fb videos with my grandchildren and many other fostered children in her home. CPS had done so, many things illegal and we have proof-papers and recorded phone calls, but no attorney willing to fight the state of Idaho. Our children are crying out every day. My grandson told his mother the foster mom, Jessica Minni Maqueda/Rupert would make him stay in his room all day and he can only come out for one hour and he had to pick from sticks it decided what he did for that hour. Because my grandson said that the adopted mother does not let him or sisters see me or their mother. Prisoners get better treatment. THIS IS TORTURE! 2017, Det. James Adams from Faces of Hope victim center Boise, IDAHO took my three grandchildren, alienating the whole family from them. Because mother was upset with det Adams, asking him how he could say her son, 7yo and daughter 6yo were not telling the truth regarding sodomy and molestation they said occurred at their daycare by male daycare worker. Mother asked to see recorded interviews with her children, but det Adams told he no, stating it was against policy. A yr later mother’s 3rd public defender got the video of her son stating the same as what we told police. Mother asked why Det Adams had not arrested this man and why he had not interviewed any of the other children at the daycare, because her son said he seen male daycare worker doing things to other children. My grandson just received an award at school for being a role model in his class before this happened to him.
Det. Adams stood up, pointing his finger in Mother’s face and said, “Do you know what? I know my job. I’ll be right back.” He returned with a piece of paper filling it out in front of mother, pointed to it with his pen and said, “Ma’am, I’m going to need your signature here. I’m taking your children from you, and I’m going to investigate you.” Mother signed willingly stating, please, do whatever you need to do I know that I will be ruled out. I do not hurt my children.” Because mother was molested by her grandfather when she was 7, CPS put a 5 year child endangerment against her and she was not allowed to see her own children for 5 years. Children are adopted by the same fostering parents which whom children had complaints of Maltreatment and had markings of abuse by. The foster mothers father has five child sex charges against him in Idaho and the scene on her videos sitting on the couch with my grandchildren. I don’t know what the laws are but this is so wrong all the police reports are wrong the CPS report so wrong. We have been going crazy for five years not knowing anything about the children. The last we heard, mothers social workers said her daughter had a breakdown at school a mental breakdown. They would not tell us why or what was going on after that. Talk about ruining a family talk about ruining children CPS is wrong, way wrong. That’s why Americas Families needs a rise up.
