I anticipated anyone to sacrifice some photon power as well damage resistance, but never anticipate anyone to sacrifice their some of their status resistance without a Ranger sub to nullify it. However, someone have to be really crazy to use all three augments. Thanks for showing everyone the viability for this build; despite in being more demanding in skill and reflexes.
Sometimes wonder if sega going to add capsules that will have crit rate or crit damage. Maybe they might or maybe they won't. If they do it could be farmable or from the AC support scratch

When MDFA throws his hands at you, you took 598 damage, then 625 from the second hit. The really sucky thing is that it doesn't seem like getting hit by one of them actually gives you any invuln, making you suffer another hit directly after. So, I'm pretty sure that it's highly likely he just kills you if you get hit during that phase anyway, with or without the debuffs from the Triyals. At 1098 HP and no damage reduction debuffs, I definitely die if I get hit there.
i personally like the various status effects applied too our characters when hit by enemy attacks, i feel this makes it more challenging & critical too evade enemy attacks & also the animations look very nice…🧪
That's a kind of valid point lmao. Getting status effects applied to you is going to make you actually think about what you're doing more, since losing health or even dying is not a huge deal most of the time but some status effects actually make things very inconvenient.
Question: can those be placed on the same piece of gear as Gigas Maste or Gigas Maste LC? I have always assumed they cannot, but I have never tried myself.
@@ananonymousnerd.2179 I’d say no. For me they’re more a a middling capsule between the LC and the normal Maste. Only reason I mention them is that I had so much spare materials I managed to craft them. Probably not worth the time to farm but they are still an option.

im struggling to get a high hp and damage build but its kinda funny seeing you try to survive with 1127 hp when I always run with 950hp you do really good even with low hp, I think I may or may not go for it! other than that great video B)
I'm using all 3 capsules and so far I'm surviving urgent quests, and new battle zone. Braver main slayer 2nd. Awesome DPS just kept using block and dodge just like the first days of pso2 NGS with the violet armors haha
Yeah, about that moment when he got KO'ed on purpose, maybe he could have survived if he had mashed the jump button for the "tactical recovery" for some invis. frames, but is way too difficult to pull off honestly, but making a preview of how things work overall is not that bad overall, I don't think I'll have much issues by increasing the damage I take or even sacrificing the PP I have as I kinda know my limits with PP and I'm not bad at improvising mid-battle.

I choose not to go for the endgame augs. Glass cannons cause for lack of efficiency if they die. Imo their strength doesn't mean anything if we gotta waste our revives. We only get 5 😂
Using 2 of them for each piece of gear is actually fine especially for RA, because of the reeistances, just use waker subclass for survivability But using all 4 for all gear is a nightmare, you have to be like dark souls level of dodging if you're going for that build
Triyol is kinda like Purple Armors as Augments again but with way higher demerits. But there are Fixas and certain augments that could technically neutralize their demerit stats if you know how or have them. I'll suggest you to farm at Rayjord Gorge to find proper Fixas for that. On PSO2 Days of course.
Confusion has been funny to deal with lol, but other than that it's been fine using 4 Wardro Triyals. I don't get hit too often as a Ranger. Worst case, I swapped them with my stat IVs so if it does become a bit much to deal with I can always change them back. What I want to know is if it is better to have 15 points in status effect resistance as ranger, or if it's better to have 5 there and then 10 in status effect duration with this type of build.
I think I’ll just make a ridiculously strong weapon that just has a lot of downsides but absolutely decimates overall. Maybe a flug? Or rayaa-(oof nah. That would suck considering heavier pp use)
Corret me if i'm wrong but you only takes 5% more damage by switching to those capsule right ? Only the % for status ailment infliction increase by alot so i don't think you will die fighting this boss because he doesn't inflict ailment. Why don't you try this at Rayjord area instead.
Wait I just thought about it what if we don't get a purple armor just like we didn't get a purple octo armor. The triyal augments are a way for us to make our own Purple armor. The previous purple armor did have all downs, defense, hp etc. Which now begs the question where is staro trial. (-hp,+3.5%)
Yeah that's what I've heard others say. They might be called "Triyal" because you can only have 3 of them on any given armor/weapon and they will be introducing new ones later down the line. Just a thought.

I thought lowest damage adjustment u want right now is 75-80? For everything except versh Wouldn't scraping that down to 64 or lower cause u to do lower dps? Even with higher potency?
As a Virgo with Libra ascendant i can say that balance is key; dont forget that the Te adon-skill reduces damage taken to 90% so the -5% (-21%) damage resistance per capsule is not that bad its something like dis 100 x 90% = 90 / 100 +21% = 121 x 90% = 109 so having the Te damage mitigation really saps out damage taken so even with all 4 capsules you just take 9%ish extra damage as if the damage mitigation didn' exist but yea adon-skil has to be at least lvl 17 for you to counter its negatives. it is the best capsule to 4/4 because ur not tied to a specific subclass and from Te the 90% damage taken is the only part of the adon skill u really want aside from HP. FOR the -50% ailment capsules its a TAKE ONE kind of deal unless you main Ra you can make do with 2-3/4 in most cases or 4/4 if ur an ace you can also take Ra as a sub to mitigate this but its not really recomended. AND for the -5PP you can take 1-2/4 since waker adon-skill gibs 20 but in general you dont want smol PP lest u wanna struggle its specially BAD on Tech/PA spammers during downs unles you main or sub Fo and abuse PP convert on down phases. SO balance out and dont be afraid of this capsules a weakly cursed build can net you 181%~ish potency with just 1 capsule on each piece of equipment(no LC variants tho)
Keroppi you are waaaaay overestimating how much crit rate we have now lol. The numbers you said for the Floor Potency VS Pure Potency section should be about halved except for Verschmelz. Slayer gets about 40% crit rate including Braver Add On and people with high fatale will still only get about 35-40% crit rate with Braver Addon as well. At best you can combine both Slayer and Fatale 5 for around 60% crit rate and if you want to really push it use a Melek with Crit and get higher but at that point you would use Termina anyways. Still very far away from maxing out crit rate when not using Versch unfortunately
well being a techter/force i need the pp so im only using the guaro triyal on 3 armors so i have a potency of 141% but it would be higher if i was using better armors right now im too poor to even think of re doing armors right now.
I choose defense over attack because I am not using that augment to sacrifice my defense for bigger attack that would make my character I play with weak as heck lol I don't want that to happen👍🏽
with the build i have rn i have 159.8% potency but have -10 pp, -15.1% dmg res and went from 62.2% floor potency to 51.3% when i did the aegis rank 2 uq i wanted to see how many hits can i take and after 2,3 hits i died so i'd say im good but i need to up my floor potency to atleast 56% cuz if i run hunter (i use braver bow) my dmg res will balance out
Mostly likely from ultra pso2 day drops for the armour as for the weapon, there was an event where sega gave away vers termina 2 of each weapon with a 10% boost to fixa enhance. You get 10 of each for the chosen weapon then keep on gambling till you get high fixa for the weapon.
Started playing SB lately and they are very pp hungry even more so with reyaar, the capsules that the triyals would replace give very much needed PP so I’m not sure it’s worth it for me as having to work in normals is a much bigger dps loss or atleast that’s how I’m thinking of it rn. Maybe more experienced SB players have good enough pp management to where they can afford the pp loss

i do not like ff14. there is probably a small overlap, but i suspect that most of the people playing NGS would rather play NGS since it is a vastly different game that appeals to their tastes more. not that ff14 is bad. i just don't like the gameplay or the customization, and i don't want to be forced into paying for a subscription or be in their ecosystem that has a bit of a higher reliance on mtx. i don't really like MMOs in general, but PSO2/NGS is very far from your standard MMO. i struggle to even refer to it as such seriously. that's why i like it though.
You know there's a free trial that takes you up to stormblood at lvl 70 cap there's no time restrictions there's a lot content that new players will enjoy and yes I know FF14 has lack of customization that I agreed an yes the game is not meant for everyone if you like the game you're playing it's fine

From my experience I only feel squishy when fighting groups of enemies with 3 guaro and my pp management with 4 spi ain't bad Plus, with all the food and mag buffs, it really doesn't feel that different and I'm at 185.3% potency GU/SL

20% is only an extra 1/5th damage. Not too bad a trade off tbh. Also a reminder that Gigas Thali/Euphroy/Aglai 2 exist and also give 3.5% +15 HP
