Thank you Danillo for this nice Appartment in this very nice Palatzo in Venice and then you start with your almost privately bridge to the appartments I like the guest room on the ground floor but also the rooms on the first floor are very nice with there high ceilings Thank you Danillo for this great show
Danilo, thank you! Your presentation is very inspiring and informative. I can just see the torches lit, every room candlelit, masked dancers twirling in the moonlit night, sweeping onto the balcony for a stolen kiss and a hoped fire cooling breeze…she deserves her beauty restored, period pieces, with dancing and laughter and a buffet of fine foods and wine! All the original wood is my favorite! Blessings Danilo thank you🤔❤️❤️🙏🏻I made a typo of ‘fire’ instead of for lol excuse me!🙏🏻
From the entrance, through the courtyard, into the various rooms, what a piece of property. Gorgeous! Venice is one of my favourite cities. All the best Danilo, from Vancouver, Canada.
The place of the dining room is weird, very far from the kitchen and the corner in front of the huge windows make it look like an afterthought. I would tear down the wall and move the dining room closer to the kitchen and make maybe a smaller storage room or whatever is needed in its earlier place. This way the huge windows would be centered to the living room.
It probably was an afterthought. The "kitchen" was probably on the lower level when this was originally built with the upstairs being just bedrooms, lounges, and perhaps the dinning room in a different location.
Me too, that is so charming and the beautiful outside steps, and those incredible ceilings ! Such great craftsmanship everywhere ! Thank you for showing us this home !
Always a treat when you take us to Venice! And this property, with the amazing historical detail, is one of the best you have featured in Venice. Thank you!
Recently, Danilo's English is becoming very unaccented, almost like a native speaker. I don't know if this is happening naturally or if he's taking lessons, but well done either way. But of course, it's magical when he speaks in Italian!
I have never been to Venice, but I have been to many other places in Italy. Everywhere I have been I've fallen in love with. I can only imagine the emotion being in Venice brings let alone living in such a beautiful house bathed in rich history. Bella Italia!
Simply the most ingenious city in the world. Imagine London or New York’s urbanity, but set in a quiet, tranquil environment. The city was designed to be peaceful and calm in the eye of the violent, turbulent storm that was the norm in post-Roman Europe. That feeling remains today; if one separates from the madding day-tripper crowd, one finds a gentility among the people. Daily living is like a lifetime of calming therapy in that city. I used to go often, and will indeed return one day, perhaps settling forever.
I want to thank you for sharing this beautiful home here in Venice. I love the ceilings of dark brown wood all the way around the home. And while you were walking inside the home, I like the warm charming feel how the rooms are together. There is a lot of character charm between the bedrooms, kitchen and family room. And the view looking outside from the third room is so nice. Having the small canal there going by this home is so nice...You continue to show great properties there in Italy. And you make me want to come back to Italy in general.😊
I lived in Venice briefly in the 80's. Venice Beach California, no comparison, both are on the water but that's where the similarity ends, oh yeah, and the overwhelming tourist traffic. I'll never go back but I would like to see Venezia, not just in travel logs and dreamy real estate videos.
I live in Long Beach ca. It's not far away from Venice beach. It's so awful there. It smells like a mix of urine alcohol marijuana . Nothing attractive about that place.
Hmm. If i would be selling such a magnificent property i would install nice chandeliers to make a complete great impression, not leave the hanging lightbulbs. 😳

Hello Daniel! Superb house in Venice that deserves to find an owner worthy of the name and who has a love of Venice and beautiful things. The layout needs to be redone and above all, this little gem needs to be furnished with 18th century furniture. Don Giovani and Mozart probably knew this place! Congratulations Danilo for this beautiful presentation and at a very correct price for the place 👍🌹😘
Definitely my favorite video. I love the Villa, the histoyr, the location, the architecture. Please do more videos - I certainly love the historical facts you include in each video.
Why We Do Need So Many People in the World At the start of the 20th century, the world population was roughly two billion people. Today, it is roughly eight billion. Of those eight billion, most are poor, and over a billion people are hungry to the point of starvation. Providing for so many people at a decent level seems too formidable a task for Earth. Moreover, each day, more bots, robots, and automatic machines are replacing human jobs. Humanity is producing enough to provide for everyone, so the question is why we need so many people. Would Earth, and humanity, not be better off if we were only four billion, for example? The truth is that we wouldn’t be better off; we would be much worse off. There is a good reason for the exponential growth in humanity’s population over the past century or so. When we look at people, we see faces and bodies, human beings, and nothing more. But the truth is much more complicated and intricate than that. Try to imagine any animal without relating it to its environment, and you will realize that it is a lost cause. The shape, color, behavior, size, longevity, and every other aspect of its existence derives from the environment where it exists. Animals are not isolated from their environment; they rely on it, follow its laws, and at the same time make up the environment that sustains them and of which they are a part. Humans, too, make up a system. We think of ourselves as isolated individuals, but we are actually parts of a global human society. We influence it, it influences us, and almost everything that is true for the animal kingdom is true for us. There are only two differences between animals and people, though they are fundamental differences. The first is that people are inherently mean and selfish, while animals are not. The second is that our desires grow and intensify, while those of animals remain largely the same. While we want more money and power the more we have of them, animals settle for what they have once they have had their fill. Worse yet, from generation to generation, we are becoming more greedy, domineering, and narcissistic. Conversely, animals’ “aspirations” do not change from generation to generation: Give them enough grass, or enough game, and they are happy campers. The reason why our desires grow while those of animals remain the same is that an increased desire makes us accelerate our development. Eventually, humans are not intended to perceive only the physical existence, but to penetrate through it and perceive the connectedness and interdependence among all of us not only intellectually, as I am explaining it here, but in the senses, just as we perceive the physical world, if not more so. Our constant desire to search, explore, discover, and learn stems from our aspiration to know the deepest levels of reality. That knowledge is the sole prerogative of humans since only people develop such profound desires. As our desires grow, we must learn to direct them toward discovering the purpose and structure of life. New desires first appear on the crassest level, and we must cultivate them, raise them to the level where they enhance our perception of reality. Because these desires are so intense, we need more people to “share the load.” As just said, although we feel isolated, we are in fact one system. Everything we think is ours is actually part of the system of humanity and all of humanity shares it. Therefore, our desires are also not personal, even though they feel as such. Every time we elevate one desire from the corporeal level to the higher levels of perception, we influence all of humanity. And every time a person dies, the burden of elevating our common desire grows heavier on all of us. This is why the life of every person is precious. It determines the pace of advancement of all of humanity. If we realized how deeply we are connected, and what harm we cause by mistreating other people, if we felt it as it really is-that we are torturing ourselves-we would not dare mistreat each other or leave one person uncared for.

It depends on the case, some buildings need to be restored, whilst others have been left untouched, with their natural patina to maintain the charm, historical look and original beauty of the property.

This beautiful city was founded by the survivors of Aquilea (a very important roman city) after the destruction of the city in 456 by Atila the Hun, after that they become a very powerful ally of the Roman Eastern empire and had commercial privileges for centuries, that's how this small republic become so powerful and rich, San Mark's Cathedral is a copy of the second most important church in Constantinople, the Church of the Holy Apostles, they also helped to destroy Constantinople in the fourth crusade and many of the treasures of the city are spoils of the sack of constantinople.
Is it so that the room(s) right underneath the upstairs living room, with beautiful windows looking into the courtyard doesn’t belong to the apartment?
Such a brilliant and very special appartamento. For apparent reason a motorcar would not be a consideration for this property, but a Riva Tritone 1962 edition would be suitable.
