SCP-9353 "The Observers"
Object Class: Euclid
Definition: The Observers consist of 6 middle aged slim male figures that appear to be wearing styish red colour coded clothing as well as 2 supplementary cameras within its stylish hat and overgrown beard. They appear to also wield a small 1970's vintage tape-player that is playing at a constant speed but does not emit any noise. They have the ability to materialize an any spot within their vicinity if the victim stumbles within their range. Once the victim spots the entities, they will likely materialize all at once sometimes focusing on the victims.
Containment procedure: Within the accesable corridors of Site-[REDACTED], the Observers are contained within a large 30x30 ft lake with supplementary buildings mainly painted blue or red. The personnel are strongly advised to guard the entrance as SCP-9353 may escape from its containment. Its entrance is constantly sprayed with a white substance once opened and the victims or personnel will be forced to wear suits once the door closes. There they are freely able to roam the containment until time is due. Once the procedure is finished, the liquid is sprayed once again and the people who have entered the containment are quickly forced out and are able to go back to their regular duties.
Addendum: SCP-9353 is unique to any other type of entity we have encountered as its presence is severely unknown on how it really came to existence. We still do not understand its motives and we are currently in the process of understanding and studying SCP-9353 and we will continue.
