I bought an Amps and sound Red October with WE300B and a Kitsune tuned Holo May KTE fully upgraded, can't wait them to come in. Am my 2022 Focal Utopias from a Topping 50 stack to this, didn't want to go through 100 purchases to get to end game and just wanted to arrive there. Can't wait to hear how much different its going to be. If only the shipping companies would hurry up!
I’m planning on doing the same thing as well. How do you like the combo? any other headphones that your using. I recently bought zmf AC and caldera. Saving up for your exact combo.
@Javingil I love it. One of the best sounding setups I've ever heard. I'd highly suggest looking into the Warwick aucustic aperios as well. Only thing I've heard that can compete with the mentioned setup. If you can as well try before you buy!
@@PlugWoW I’ll give the Aperios a demo. But I think that’s a bit high for my blood. I wanna buy a piano next year. I was planning on waiting till socal camjam. Test a bunch of amps. Buy the bill bliss stack For now.
I want to try a tube amp but I'm so torn one which to go with. Kenzie OG, Forge, Cayin HA-6A or the new HA-3A, Feliks Euforia or Elise. And thats not even taking tube rolling into account lol. Guess Im just going to have to randomly pick 1 and live with it
I’m not sure I understand the bit about the resistance changing when you plug in your headphone. Is he saying that you should keep your headphone unplugged when you’re not using the amp?
I’m on Schiit’s wait list for their new flagship model but they’re taking a long time and they don’t respond to my emails so maybe this is in my future.
I refuse to buy one of their amps. Their design looks so lacking for a $2000 amp tray. I don't want my megabucks tube amp to look like a regular ol off the shelf budget ebay tube amp. Don't care how good it sounds...to disappear within my hifi system looks wise is unacceptable. I will gladly wait a year for a Decware amp tray before I go Ampsandsound.
@@olimphus26 actually it becomes hard because a lot of the times here is no repeatable evidence for both sides or one side doesn't like the evidence......

Love my Forge 32/300. Surprisingly linear sounding for an Ampsandsound design (like a really awesome SS sound and never overly bloomy)

Most high end tube amps are output transformer coupled for a reason. They soar past dogshit OTL amps
