      Through subconcious reprogramming we can help humanity become better one human at a time
      Wake up at 5 am I am so grateful for all the good things in my life
      I like and Im happy that I am here today
      I kike and I am happy that i am feeling i am healthy and I am beautiful today
      Thankyou Creator God or Universe whichever you prefer
      5:10 am look at your visualization board
      turn on your voice recorder with your I am success and money affirmations while you stare at your vision board with all the pictures of your specic desires on it
      5:20 am Look at your schedule for the day and visualize your day as if it already happened very good with all the outcomes that you want while listening to you confidence affirmations
      5:30 am visaulize your ten year goal as it already happenened
      side note you have your visualizations written down already beacuse you have askes yourself what you want in your life and how your perfect life would look down to every detail
      so your visaulizations are based on these desires and goals of yours
      these give your subconcious mind a mental map as a guide to help you design your new reality
      after your 10 year vision visaulization
      its about 5:40 you drink some water brush teeth and get straight outside for a 20 to 30 minute walk and stretch
      after you come home take a medium temp shower and
      ease into slightly on the colder side
      say how grateful you are to be able to be clean
      get dressed go for another 10 minute walk
      then get to work on your schedule to become the best human being you can and help other human beings
      stay away from distractions stay grateful the entire day
      avoid pleasure seeking avoid toxic people and bad info new socials etc
      be aware of your internal dialogue
      when you feel resistance remember you already committed and their is no other way
      once you write something down you must do it
      put yourself into uncomfortable positions face fear head on look it right in the eyes and walk straight through it
      past frustation into
      a better version of yourself
      recall your vision of your desires to keep you motivated and on course
      3 o clock and 6 oclock
      take 10 minutes to restate affirmations of grattitude action and positivity and confidence
      and pray to God or universe if that helps
      or call on your archangels
      remember that when you succeed and earn money you can help humanity become one step closer to becoming free and living abundantly but first you must help yourself and only you can help yourself
      add in 45 minutes of any workout of your choice walking jogging dancing boxing a couple light weights or a couple pushups and squats nothing crazy consistancy over intensity
      when met with road blocks find the next best most creative way to move forward and remember that mistakes or failures are not a bad thing they are actually lessons and information gained so you can come right back and do it in a better smarter way
      their learning expierences that literally give you the insight needed to know how to navigate through said obstacle failure and mistakes help you learn and create solutions
      create new beliefs about yourself
      you do deserve that beautiful loyal healthy loving relationship with that perfect partner thst you desire
      you are capable and deserving of lots of money and a happy life in that big beautiful life
      You do follow through and do things right to completion
      create affirmations that form new positive beliefs
      reframing your old story or old perspectives basef on the past Affirm that your future is full of happiness light and love and miracles and great amazing expierences with people you love recieving gifts buying things you always wanted and traveling the world kissing exotic animals on the lips
      make that part of you 10 year visaulizations
      you can add in binuaral beats to put your brain into alpha brain state while listening to your affirmations in order to record the affirmations and new beliefs into your subconcious minds
      you can add a 10 minute session where you repeat affirmations looking at yourself in the mirror
      you can leave your voice recorder playing your affirmations while you slleep to further reprogram your subconcious mind
      just say f what people think and stick to your schedule as you do what is out of your comfort zone overide your self talk to
      say I got this
      yes I can do this
      I will do this
      Im pretty good at this
      this is much easier than I thought stuff like that get creative
      basically verbally program your mind with outloud spoken word
      actions out of your comfort zone
      visaluization of the perfect life that you want everyday
      and visaulization of you daily task to condition your body and mind to gain the confidence and dominate when its time for action
      be aware not to be in negative envirmonments where theres negative talk
      negative people
      focus on getting fresh air staying hydrated and eating healthy
      and get good sleep
      Find something to laugh at find something to smile at
      dance say a joke
      celebrate life
      you are life
      you love seeing life be made
      you are love
      you are light

    Taking a shower in the morning is a thing that one of my limited love to do list but it's gonna change I guess..

    I definitely wouldn’t knock the process of writing more negative thoughts. Maybe not in the same journal you keep for manifestations and positivity etc. but something separate to help the transmutation of that energy. I know for me, writing out the more negative thoughts that arise, I can then leave them in the page so they don’t take up so much space internally, and I can also easily get to the root of that negativity once I’ve allowed the initial emotions to pass. I’d definitely say it’s a really powerful tool, especially for those who tend to intellectualise their emotions like myself (Aquarius Moon ♒️).
    It can also be really helpful to look back at it as a reminder of how much you’ve grown. I personally engage in ritual like burning pages to mark a final end. In all, another powerful method of healing 💛
