I cannot get past the IP Camera Tool Screen. Mine shows err 2 under IP Address

following your setup gateway is illegal error IP address is fe80::21c:0ff:fea2:69 cf%3x and so on where are you getting your info? and if i get multi camera you're saying my alias can't use the same port # ? now nothing works unless i go thru specific measures to even get online with the computer. CAMERAS are all useless now so What are you saying?
changing the CAMERA's network configurations to cmd>config #'s Is supposed to do whaT?

You never mention what to do when the IP Camera Tool is simply blank! The forums seem to indicate it is a common problem! Windows 7, 64 bit, Firewall OFF, AVG DISABLED
my gateway and dns keep going back to 0.0.0.0 ?
I can find ip while connected with ethernet, but I can never reconnect to camera after setting up wireless. I know all is correct including subnet. Any suggestions?
