    So learned something today, didn't even know what K-Cup is. Initially thought "that's a tiny space for coffee cups". and "why does this guy have SO many coffee cups".
    Now I see KCup is like the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto and similar used in other parts of the world. Only (of course) yours are bigger. Have to be in USA ;) Great build, came out well.

      Jim DeLaney i have a drawer too. it hold 56 if i remember correctly. but it is more for the variety of coffees, teas, hot chocolate, and cider.

    Your videos are amazing! I am learning a lot. TY! I was hoping you would have filled the pocket holes with wooden or plastic plugs on video. I would guess you did after the video. Again. great job & love the videos!

    Not bad I still use the old style coffee maker,but you could use that design for spices.

    I made a keurig k cup dispenser but it wasn't as neat and nifty as yours :) Nice that it tucks away on the cupboard door!

    I don't drink coffee, but I like the project. Good idea on the speed squares. That will come in handy

    I made a drawer style one that holds 12 and the machine sits on top of it. I did it last year so I missed the challenge this year. If I would have known.

    +1 For the reusable cups. Also, audio levels were up and down, then blown out during the Rockler and MicroJig spots. Great project. Thanks

    I need to make one of these. We buy our kcups in a variety pack of 80. I hat digging through that box looking for what I want. Check out my channel. I have some cool projects I have done that I think you might like.
