A Critical Investigation of The Grounds of Morality | Dr. Mariam al-Attar

On 4 June 2023, the Science Philosophy Religion Foundation hosted the 3nd International Science Philosophy Religion Conference, the first of its kind in Turkey. In this conference, Furkan Ozcelik, Abdol Hossein Khosrow Panah, Mariam al-Attar, Alper Bilgili, Scott Davison, Caner Taslaman, Dean Zimmerman, Shoaib Ahmed Malik, Emre Dorman, Russel Howell presented the arguments for the existence of God.
Aim of the Science Philosophy Religion Foundation
It aims to provide an environment where individuals in the society can improve themselves by receiving education in science, philosophy, and religion, think freely and contribute to society. To add value to society through research in the fields of science, philosophy and religion, to support social development and to shed light on the future.
OUR VISION
To be a foundation where all members of society can think freely, receive education in the fields of science, philosophy and religion, and add value to society by conducting academic studies. It aims at social development by pursuing academic studies in the fields of science, philosophy and religion, providing educational opportunities for young people in science, philosophy and religion, and enlightening the whole society on these issues.
STEPS WE FOLLOW TO REALISE THE OBJECTIVES OF THE FOUNDATION
1. In order to carry out our activities and reach a wider audience, we organize scientific, artistic and cultural events, organize meetings and aim to increase our effectiveness in this field by giving awards.
2. We work to disseminate and promote the purpose of the Foundation by organizing art days, fairs, festivals, exhibitions, concerts, scientific meetings, cultural events, educational activities, photography exhibitions, films, video shows and many other activities. In addition, we take the necessary steps to achieve the Foundation's objectives by collaborating with other organizations. We engage in publishing activities by publishing newspapers, magazines, encyclopedias, etc. and support those who are active in this field.
3. We have objectives such as supporting those who conduct research in the fields of science, philosophy and religion, evaluating the domestic and foreign research that has been written and will be written, publishing them through copyright and translation, providing all kinds of assistance to those who are interested in traditional art branches, and providing material and moral support to those who study in these fields in undergraduate, graduate and doctoral fields. We also organize competitions in the fields of religious sciences, culture, art and literature and give awards.
4. We provide events, seminars, courses and instructor support for artistic activities and personal development, and we make documentaries, films, TV and radio programs and screen them at home and abroad.
5. We conduct research on education and organize courses, seminars, symposiums, conferences, workshops to support the development of young people and raise awareness about the relationship between science-philosophy-religion and related issues.
