you want the ccv/catch can hooked up to the manifold otherwise you will end up with excessive crank case pressure, the piston rings are designed to seal better under vacuum aswell, small feat to make for the longevity of the motor:)

I have done a how to guide on my channel on this mate.
The ccv (crank case breather) shouldn't be blocked off. That part you blocked off needs for feed back into the m50 manifold. Or remove It altogether and run a catch can, but better to run the ccv in its proper orientation..
Pretty sure my video covers that..

Could have ripped ur o ring on ur water pump when ur just slammed it in there with the hammer. I would have used a bit of grease.

fingers crossed its all good, the hammer hits were not very hard ;);)

@@AlexDotchev aint the hammering that would kill the O-ring (it would probably put some wear on the bearings of the shaft though) - its the rubber friction against the aluminium block & water pump that will tear it. Think about going in behind dry, it's tight. real tight. but aint so bad when you lube that big boy up..... we're still talking bout water pumps right?
