Erin McFarland They aren’t jealous lmao. If anything they have Emma’s back. Most girls don’t only want to be complimented on their looks. If Emma only wanted people to talk about her looks she would just post pictures of herself, but instead she works hard on a video, and for people to only ever talk about your looks and not the video you worked hard on it can be kind of discouraging.
um it’s a get ready with me and people are complimenting her. what else would we say “oh yeah your uniform looks good” like it’s just a compliment haha
Juliana Linker the comment above refers to not just this video. Majority of her comments and all her videos are just referring to the appearance, no matter what the video is about. Just trying to say that there is more to Emma than just her looks. I’m sure she would like to hear feedback on her videos other than just “you’re so pretty”
Tanishi Bhowmick Dude I never said there was anything wrong with it. I just get where the above comments are coming from. I know I wouldn’t want to only get comments on my appearance. Once in a while it’s nice, but I wouldn’t want almost every comment I get to be about how I look. Especially after I worked hard on a video and want some feedback on the actual video. Just adding another point of view.

football weights 4 days a week wed off. arm day: bench, skulls, arnolds, militaries, flys, probably jerks, some more arm lifts. leg and back: clean, clean and jerk, squat, lunched, straight leg dead lifts, bend over rows, etc. 2 x 10 , 2 x 8, then a max rep option on heavy days.

feb 15th day after valentines weight program for off season foosball: [situps before every practise, calf raises often so you dont pop your achilles)(6-8 lifts a day)
monday and wed: 2 x 10, 2 x 8. 1: bench press. 2: skull crushers (when your done you bench press 10 reps or 8 reps) 3: flys 4: arnolds (dumbell press sitting down you have to twist the dumbell as you lift up, twist the wrists as you lift and again as you lower) 5: bicep curls (curl bar) 6: straight bar curls (option) 7 : 21s 5 to 10 pound weight in each hand, 7 forward up, 7 to the side like a wing flappimg, then 7 bent over row like the wing flapping) 8: military press (spotter sits behind the lifter and someone in front)
tuesday and friday: 2 x 10 2 x 8. 1: squat 2: lunges 3: power cleans 4: clean and jerks (optional , theyre good to have on heavy days) 5: jerks at the squat rack 5: straight leg dead lifts 7: bend over rows 8: dead lifts (optional on heavy days) 9: lawn mowers (dumbell lat lift, knee is on the bench hand also, lift the dumbell like a lawn mower) 10: up right rows.
summer: bleechers get added after weights, dips, and pushups.
off season before spring: bleechers are for dips, pushups, and calf raises. sprints 2 foot hops, 1 foot hops for summer, left foot hop, right foot hop, then the alternating feet at the first bleecher, for summer)
you can have them jog a mile or 2 before practise ONE time then have them lift SUPER light, ONE TIME PER OFF SEASON. OR 2 times
protein powder from GNC or where ever, 2-3 times a day. it gets expenisve
NATURAL SOURCES OF PROTEIN AND AMINO ACIDS: greek yogurt + milk in blender + sugar, beef, tuna, eggs, others.
amino acids: dried figs, dates, prune juice , cantalope, strawberrys, water mellon for oxygen amino acid.
- youll be SUPER SORE IT WILL HURT BADLY. so youll need alot of glutamine in your system to counter it. raw cabbage raw spinach.
you can make a energy drink out of raw veggies and great fruit juice, half a raw cabbage, 2+ cups raw spinach , 1+ cup of raw broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot, it helps with energy, it can keep you awake at night without mercy, so breakfast lunch. it makes like 2 big pitchers, the great fruit juice lets it last for a week maybe.
if you have super heavyweights 250+ pounders who are weak, you have them walk on the track all day 8 hrs a day for a few weeks to a few months.
when you goto check your max, you do 4 lifts, bench, clean, jerk, squat. deadlift is too easy and super heavy so itsnot a worthy max lift.
