I eat a natural, alkaline based diet. I balance what I eat, exercise daily, stretch, and drink plenty of water. I always feel highly energetic. I rarely get sick. I can’t even remember last time I’ve been sick. When I was sick, it only lasted 2 days and I felt great afterwards. It’s simple… people don’t want to take on the responsibility of taking care of their own bodies, but rather depend on doctors & pharmacies to treat them. I’m here to say this though. I can even say when I went on his diet that shit made me feel incredible!!!
