I watched “no offense” with my actual best friend one night. He didn’t find it funny. It created a rift in our friendship, and our friendship was never the same
Howie, escapism is not the answer. If you're laying awake almost in tears every night it's obviously not working. I'd ask Theo more about what he's doing because he seems to be doin a lot better lately and isn't even on meds anymore. I want you both to be happy because you make so many other people happy!
It's interesting to consider though, eh? Escapism generally has a negative connotation but if nothing else I appreciated Howie's self awareness. Personally I'm in Camp Theo all day in the way I relate to things but Howie seemed earnest in his intent.
Most of the more severe illnesses happen to people by having a traumatic event take them by surprise, unexpectantly, impacting first in the brain, then in the corresponding organ which that part of the brain controls. The end of WWI had absolutely everything to do with the Flu and lung TB outbreak that occurred killing millions. In nature, the biological conflict linked with a territorial fear (just what it means-a fear in your territory, your home, your community, etc.) is a widening of the bronchia (tissue loss). Your body attempts to widen your bronchia in order to allow more air into your lungs to give you more strength and energy to fight to keep your territory safe. Stay with me.......The biological conflict linked with a death fright impacts the lungs. The lungs attempt to grow larger in order to allow more air in because breath equals life, as we all know. No breath equals death. While you are in the fear or death fright conflict, you notice no symptoms of “disease”, except you have cold hands, cold feet, you can’t sleep, you awaken at 3 AM every night, you have little appetite. During the war, millions of people were in fear of the bombing of their homes and cities where the war was most active. Fearing for their lives, their loved ones in the war, their ability to survive. The food in the stores was sparse due to shortages. This lasted for 4 long years! The longer the conflict, the worse the healing phase. Within 2 weeks of the German Chancellor announcing the end of WWI, these millions of people ALL went into the healing phase all at the same time. It is during the healing phase that you experience symptoms of illness! What is the healing phase of the bronchia widening? Severe bronchitis, pneumonia. The body attempts to refill this lost tissue and you experience inflammation, fever, coughing, body aches, fatigue, etc. What is the healing phase of the extra lung tissue that grew? Decomposing of the tissue by TB bacteria and fungi. The symptoms of this healing phase are: severe coughing up of blood and tissue, fever, inflammation, severe mucous, body aches, fatigue. During this decomposing of the extra tissue (tumor), the body expels a lot of protein, and without replenishment, severe protein loss can result in death. Antibiotics did not exist yet. If TB bacteria does not exist in a person or they have been vaccinated against TB (big mistake), then the tumor will simply encapsulate and become dormant and not harm you. Who died during the Spanish Flu? Mainly the poor who could not afford to buy meat and proper nourishment, and the people who were directly impacted by the bombings and destruction of their homes. Millions of people suffered fear and death frights during the fighting of WWI, and millions of people all went into healing at the end of it. Not everyone was affected because not everyone suffered the same way. It’s not a “flu”, it’s not something you “catch”. It’s biological, meaningful, and unavoidable. One hundred years later, a Fear Campaign begins, using the media to spread it......

He needs a raise
I went from not standing Lou to now
Well I still can’t stand him but I get it now
His interactions with burr were hilarious
Just another reminder that we all face the same struggles in this life one way or another and we should unite in that idea!
Damn man this conversation really helped me out, howie and I are the exact same in the way to feel numb and distracted. Powerful
This was old school Theo. Fucking love this shit
This is how you miss out on a great opportunity to have an unbelievable podcast.
Howie, you stepped all over theo. I appreciate yall both but yall both do therapy, so don't do it on the podcast , that's redundant.
Still enjoyed it but now I need a counseling session because I was legit angry jokes couldn't get out.
IM UPSTAIRS!
I’m starting to not like howies humour anymore :/ which sucks cause I like the podcast but I just don’t think it’s funny when he asks weird dumb sarcastic questions like he’s talking down on everyone around him, I don’t think it’s mean either but it’s just annoying and not creative humour if that makes sense? Maybe I’m the only one that notices this about him anyway lol
@@dramaturgically you are
I think all is relevant, especially when both discuss therapy because pretty much everyone has been sideways the last two years! To each his own journey!
It is important to make the most of your time. Life is precious
You never know the reaction your gonna get when Theo tells his Hampster tattoo story. Him telling Joey diaz is by far the best one.
Howie showed some real emotions in this show and I appreciate how difficult that can be. Keep on truckin
Did he though?
@@2011Jayceon what the heck do I know, given some of his issues (i) thought so. Peace ✌️
He def did I appreciated it as well
@53:42 you can tell Theo was getting emotional and frustrated with having to go in circles trying to explain to Howie and the other guy why he does what he does.
So good to hear this, theo and howie are my two favorites that get my mental web of chaos possiblies and me anylyzing it, and how do I stop that without meds?
Thank you folks and you daughter and friends and family plan making this possible - for presencing the group.
Man I love Theo so much/ he's real and open and thats why so many ppl connect with him / Gang Gang 👊
this unscreened e-mail segment is A+++ lmaoo
I DAMN SURE enjoyed hearing this conversation and honesty between people that are friends, without judgement or ridicule. THAT in itself, seems to be a hard thing to find in people these days.
I WAS NOT EXPECTING TO LEARN ANYTHING FROM THIS ESPECIALLY ANYTHING ABOUT MYSELF THIS IS TRULY AWESOME TY💥💯
Good job Howie and Theo. Loved it, IM UPSTAIRS 🐀👑
Would loved to have heard Theo get to talk more. Gang Gang to the Rat King!
Howie would be the worst therapist lmao
Love you Theo. This is the most honest podcast I've watched. You are searching and are bombarded with so many options to help you find you. You are so honest and vulnerable in this podcast. It's beautiful. You'r beautiful.
I'm glad I watched this because I struggle with similar issues and it really helped me feel like I'm not alone.
Overall good episode.
Some criticism though: let the guest give full answers. Too many times Theo was interrupted midway through what would have been some clever and hilarious answers/jokes.
Yea the whole point of having a comic on is so they can bounce these amazing and funny stories from answers. Howie you’re the host. Set up Theo and let him smash it. Don’t put yourself in there
This was literally my favorite theo interview and the reason i today choose to love howie! Ive only watched a couple episodes.. but i was mad after the Sandoval interview! But after this and the tana i love u howie! And im obsessed with ur daughter she is hilarious! Im hooked and now subscribed.. even if a lil late
Theo is a Legend!
Being numb to emotions and feelings is no way to live. It’s clear that Theo wants to form emotional connections with other people and be in tune with his emotions. I grew up in a really emotionally and physically abusive home and I never really learned how to control my emotions or even put them into words. I really connect with what Theo is saying because it made relationships insanely hard for me. Going to therapy and talking through these thoughts and feelings and learning how to communicate really saved me.
Can't believe I just found this podcast. It's great and Howie still cracks me up.
We need another Theo episode soon!
Feel like thses are hit and miss but i freakin loved this episode, needed to hear some of that. thanks :)
Howie, you are the kind of show business I hope never goes away. You have led such a cool and interesting life, from my perspective. Thank you!!!!
Absolutely love you Howie Gang Gang great guest
Best pod cast I've heard from you. Super deep at the end. Power of Now !!!!! Saved me. Love Theo.
This Podcast was as Real as Life is. Thank you Howie for the message. Thank you for sharing your struggles. It is about the Now, living in regret for what. God Bless
This is the first time I’ve truly listened to Howie in a candid situation…. He just earned a new fan for life!!
I think theo would be at his happiest doing some kind of work helping others less fortunate..I think we all could..✌🏻
I bruised my rib… That’s my favorite R&B song. 😂😂😂
What a great show - laughed my ass off - didn't want it to end - show seems to get better with every podcast - the three of you make a great team
