Thank you Lisa. I’m struggling and getting depressed because I can’t live life the way I want- I’m so limited and it’s frustrating. I’m walking better but my sciatic is pinched and I’m going crazy from that relentless pain😫😖
I also have chronic pain too. I am getting a spinal injection on Monday. Sometimes I can barely walk. I have a herniated disc and it can get extremely painful. So I know how you feel. Please take care of yourself. The key is to not overdo. Have a good time on your trip. Love your family. 😊
I have a referral for the spinal injections- I cancelled my last appointment cause I was scared of the GA they wanted to use in me because of my anxiety level- I get shaky and they didn’t want me shaking when they do it. So I have forgone. But I really need relief. It’s awful as you know- walking can at times be excruciating. The cane really helps take some of the weight off my stepping. Hope you get relief!!!
Ellen we started daily posterior chain exercises and I know eventually they will help but I had only just started when I also started gardening 😅We looked up videos on RUclips for the exercises and wrote them on the white board in a common area we can do then throughout the day- preferably first thing in the morning we stretch and exercise. But sometimes these old backs are stubborn after 20+ years of carrying my body wrong to overcompensate for pain. You know how it is. I hope you find something that helps make you stronger in your core and supporting muscles. 🌻🌻🌻

My grandma is a chiropractor and I call the clicky thing her protractor 😂 I have no idea why I've called it that my whole life. I think its called an activator
Yes activator! I cannot remember that for some reason. The chiropractor that helped me 22 years ago and validated me that I had something wrong- she used one. I haven’t had a chiro that used one since until I found this current lady. And now I’m considering a career in chiropractic care cause I believe it works so well.

🙏❤️
Me too getting a spinal injection tomorrow.
Have you had them before? I have 20 years ago but scared to get them even though I know how much it will help. 😅
I am hoping you feel better soon! My chiropractor uses a clicker too and it is amazing how well they work. I think the snack food you have chosen for your family is as healthy as it can be when you are struggling. Take it easy and take help and my prayers for healing are coming your way.

Hey sis! Look at you commenting on one of my videos. Howdy RUclips STRAAAAANGA!
@@RowesRising agreed it's amazing, I had it all the time growing up so we were lucky. I didn't know until I was adult that people didn't get it as a regular thing. Now if I don't get an adjustment for I while I can really feel it. I have an aunt and an uncle that's a chiropractor as well and I feel like chiropractors learn way more about nutrition than even our regular family drs do. I know that depends on the doctor though.
Really hope you start feeling better!
