Azul Claro feels so strange. In Spanish we use the word "Celeste" for that kind of color (It's kinda like what Orange is to Red, Celeste is to Blue. Check Uruguay's nickname, or Argentina for a partial one). Azul Claro sounds like someone translating Light Blue through Google Translator haha.
It's probably based on Portuguese then (I'm guessing), it's a completely normal translation for Light Blue

I had the same problem in my save with Tonan Maebashi. Actually i'm playing J3 League after 4th seasons but when i was promoted to JFL at the end of second season, the board sold all the training centers to pay the bills😅
WTS, why don't you give a chance for loan bids at players in J1 or J2? That can't be all bad.
In my save as a league one scottish team had the same problem when I got promoted. Celtic and Rangers wanted to buy all my players for pennies. Lol

Is it possible to get the youth set up back again ? Youth intakes are always a lot of fun
Yes when a club struggles they sell your youth setup but certain players get released
You considering changing formation at all, Jack, or are you still playing 4-4-fackin'-2? Just wondering if you maybe look for a decent 10 to sit behind Takagi instead of a second striker.
A tip to lower player wage demands, invite them for a trial of around two weeks then at the end of their trials they will accept considerably lower wages compared to what they wanted before the trials

(Kaht-Ar-ller). funniest thing is that you require at least a U15 team for J3 but J2 and 1 reguire the full youth setup as part of their licensing system. so whilst they sold the youth stuff its still within realism till you get to J2. as for Wages, expect them to JUMP up from here. Average Salary for FT Players in J3 will be at the 800-1000 pounds per week with J1 having an average of 8000 per week. JFL and J3 have similar reputations in terms of player quality with JFL generally having more youth and experienced players as a pathway to J3. Sponsership will go up steeply from here as well.
