Despite her regular jibes of "barren Karen", she genuinely was empathetic about Karen losing her baby, but the comment just saw Karen totally lose control of reality. Tracy was genuinely scared and demonstrated that she was capable of caring about other people, especially her daughter. And would be prepared to fight to the death, if required
