All visual novels are like that, and I have a feeling this game is slightly inspired off of both Corpse Party (Corpse Party is both a visual novel and an RPG, and that's kinda what Mario the Music Box is.)

I can't wait to see what happens when we get a Remaster of arc! That'll be insane!
