Hi Scott, My first time watching your podcast and I really enjoyed it. I’m 63 and I’m usually in bed 8-9. Looking forward to more podcast and I’ll be checking out your previous podcast
I've been to Vegas once...in 1984 for my 21st birthday...it was exciting but that one time was enough for me. My Mom's first husband was a High Roller Gambler so they would go there frequently. It was in the 1950's when it was glamourous.
Hey Scott (or Mr. Baio)! Just awesome to see you back. I grew up with you from Happy Days, Bugsy Malone, Jonie Loves Chachi (?) and Charles in Charge. You have akways reminded me of a step-brother I had, Randy back-in-the-day (cutie). We were all born and raised in L.A. Land during it's "good years." I'd get out now if I were you. My husband is in advertising production and was commercial photographer for years, he suggests, if you don't mind: 1. Throw a little fill light on you guys. 2. Your flesh tones are a bit off, raise the brightness, just a tad. 3. What is with the Jurassic plant in the foreground? 4. Your're out of focus.. You're still gorgeous, show it off! Blessings to you and yours!
My Nonna loved Vegas. She had the luck. If she were alive she'd have her own wing at Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods, since we lived in CT at the time. Also, years ago when we lived in CT my husband was a poker dealer. He met a few pro players too.
Yes, I agree, Vegas is Satan's paradise. I've never been there because I have absolutely no desire to go there. "Fake, seedy..." plus, I don't give my money away, other than to help someone in need. The glitter in Vegas does Not impress me. Love your chats! Thanks for being real.😊
Used to go to Vegas yearly for big amateur bowling tournaments, the bus ride from Sams town to Ballys we were amazed even motel 6 had fancy lights and the gas prices seemed crazy even then given I am a country boy from the east us. First trip was 1995, Planet Hollywood was absolutely the biggest disappointment ever. I get the buzz about everything there, though, they were just starting up War as a table game then. I think it was mostly gone by 2008 or so though.
Many envy you that you were able to leave corrupt CA with ole gavin newsom as governor. I live in Riverside County so at least it is somewhat conservative.💯🙌
Listen I live in Vegas and if you live here you never go to the strip especially to gamble, the only time is either you work on the strip or you have family that comes in and forces you to go down there and then my husband will cuss and complain all the way home because the driving is ridiculous. I love to gamble my husband thinks just the way you do he can’t stand to gamble but I don’t do it to make a fortune there are regulars where I go and I play nickels dimes and quarters I could play more if I wanted but I’m there for more of a social time than anything, we all talk and just enjoy the night. I have a set amount that I will spend but I figure if I went out to eat dinner and movies I’d be spending that same amount of money it’s just our way of going to dinner.
Darn we just moved out of simi valley last year or I would have gone to see you. We're in GA now..definitely more free here but nothing compares to So Cal "way of life". No mountains or beach where we live.. Kind of a bore in that regard.
I went to Reno one time when I was 17 (1987) with my brother. He gave me $200, it lasted maybe 2 hrs. I hate gambling, I don't get it; why would you throw away your money? I want something in my hot little hands if I'm going to spend money.
HAHA! George, I completely "get" the blackjack commentary. You do have to follow the "rules", for sure...however, the thing with that are the people who pop in, play one hand, mess up the card rotation, (single and double deck dealing)...really irritating. Although, I never paid for a room, a limo or a meal out there. I was a youngster at the time, and it was much more fun back in the 80's and early 90's before all the changes started.
There was a time that Vegas was fun. Before the attempt at "Family Friendly", (which I thought was such a stupid idea...family-friendly when anytime you're outside there are flyers and free papers with strippers and brothels right there...can't miss it), and then the "Freemont Experience". Really ruined downtown. I used to enjoy downtown Vegas - Binion's was a favorite stop. I was much, much younger. I could never do that now. Bedtime is much earlier now and patience for stupidity is far shorter. No desire to go back anymore

“Zapped” is one of the funniest fucking movies ever. It’s up with the best of them. You would think Tubi would play it?

The only interest I had in Vegas at any point is when Dan Tanna was there.😂😂

Question: Was they man from your reality show with the hat a real character? He was hysterical😂😂😂😂

I live in Vegas and I hate it
Purple
tailed
imperial
pigeon
Savage ???
Ive never been to Vegas and as far as staying up late, I can do it but I still don’t enjoy much at night so what’s even the point?
I just don't get the attraction to Vegas either..never have..its so fake...gaudy and gross
I'm surprised about Baio still being nostalgic for Coca Cola because the company supports trans kids now. Which I'm sure he's not for.
Who the hell is this Mark guy? He’s annoying as hell. Another “wanna be” trying to fit in and it’s not working. He’s way out of his league.
