    1/2 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain) (Roasted)
    1/2 Tsp Oil / Ghee
    Salt as per Taste
    Chilled water as required
    For Stuffing:
    1/4th Cup Moong Dal
    1/4th Cup Besan Sev
    1/4th Cup Bhujiya Aloo Sev
    3 Tbsp Tamarind Pulp
    1/4th Cup Jaggery/Sugar (Powder)
    1 Tbsp Oil
    Pinch Asafoetida (Hing)
    1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
    1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli
    1 Tsp Garam Masala
    1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds (Crushed)
    1/4th Tsp Dalchini Powder
    1/4th Tsp Cloves Powder
    1 Tsp Fennel Seeds Powder (Saunf Powder)
    1 Tsp Coriander & Cumin Powder
    1 Tbsp Cashew nut (Finely Chopped)
    1 Tbsp Red Raisins (Chopped)

    Recipe says 1/2 tsp oil or ghee for the batter but you added 2 and 1/2 tablespoons ghee…. Why written recipe is different and you keep saying follow the exact ingredients we have given
