80K , all the pulled engines seem be 80K lol , plenty new parts so should be trouble free, slipped in easy, nice working on cleaned bay, lets see her running next vid ...
as long as smoke and rattle free all good I suppose, yard I like use has same, almost always 80K maybe high 80K ! Makes you suspicious on the claimed mileage :-/
I have a 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5 L, with 241k Miles on it. I'm in GA, where is best source for obtaining a replacement engine, and how much would it all cost overall? Thank you
@@dadude6619 sure would. 2002-2006. Either qrde20 or the qrde25. Both engine work. Only thing is if you put the 2.0 in, you need to tap rear motor mount hole and starter hole. So tap and thread a couple holes and you have a 50k mile engine for 500 bucks.
The motor will fit but remember you will lose a little power due to smaller engine. Also there are no parts available in the us because it is an imported engine not available in United States. So you will be putting another engine in again if it blows a head gasket in the future.
N I know that’s not a oem engine that’s a Japanese engine (Jdm) that why u had to reused most of the parts I have done it 5 times on different vehicle good job tho.
This looks way easier than replacing the head gasket. I will definitely do a motor swap next time.
You makes it look easy !
This goes for 2008 also, boss ?

Mr B lol I know right everyone seems to have 80k miles laying around.

Any local junk yard or pick and pull, like LKQ. Some already have them pulled and sitting on a shelf.
Would a jdm qr25 fit?

Great job!!
How did you bolt the fly wheel to the torque converter.
What about the flywheel bolts
Is this one of the qr20 jdm motors? Needing a new motor and they say the 2.0 works.
