Just Be Good to Pink - mashup (instrumental)

No, this is not a reference to The Pink Panther, but a reference to Pink Floyd, whose 1987 song "Sorrow" comprises half of this instrumental mashup. The other half is "Just Be Good to Me" by the S.O.S. Band, who had a hit with their song in 1983. Given that these two songs are so similar, is it possible that David Gilmour was "feeling the funk" on his houseboat when he wrote "Sorrow" a few years after the S.O.S. Band had a hit with their song? So which one really is Pink? Could it have been Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis all along?
Well, you gotta admit that both bands have always had enigmatic appeal. I have great respect for both groups.
Anyway, I had fun merging these two songs. Hope you enjoy it!
