What’s the diff between A and B codes for the maintenance

Hey, i’m sorry but my honda civic 2020 here doesn’t show up any oil life percentages .. so i wanna ask what happens when the car in need for new oil soon , not immediately .. i’ve known about the red sign .. but it means that i’ll have to change the oil at once .. is there any other icon or anyway that could help with knowing as if my oil life is 15% like the other cars ??

Well I’m not sure why it dosent show u might have to scroll through some setting but do do oil chnage and keep track of the milages check ur oil with dipstick
