Thanks for introducing us to a authentic Tibetan traditional food in Dehradun. As lots of tourists travel to this side of the country people having taste for such food will definitely relish this. Thank you Anubhavji and team 😊🙏🙏

During my studies in Dehradun, Kalsang Cafe was one of my favourite restaurant. It's a authentic Tibetan restaurant with great ambience. Soup, Noodles and Momo are must try. Thank you Anubhav sir for reviving my memories.
I have been to their restaurants in Dehradun and Mussoorrie and am a regular at their Chandigarh branch. The one in Mohali has just opened this July. And is walking distance from my home 🥰
@Anubhav, if you are still in Dehradun and visiting Mussoorrie there is a place called Alishan (near Dominos) try that for authentic Chinese flavours. And My Shop for the best butter chicken. Rest I am sure Lovely omelette and Chic Chocolate would already be in your list.
Traditionally, shapta was made of yak meat in Tibet and beef( or buff) in tibetan exile communities. Chicken and pork shapta is not authentic tibetan food.
We visited recently and the food was good but the hygiene was poor there were many cockroaches on the table while we were having food . Really disappointed with the hygiene
