I think you covered all the authentic places in Dehradun. Ask anyone who has been living there since ages and they will recommend these places. Kumar Sweet Shop is probably one of the best sweet shops in the country. You guys could also have tried the kala jaam and Softy ice cream in Paltan Bazar
One difference i noticed between Delhi food walks and other food channels is the positivity that he adds to his videos, along with that he does not spend a lot of time showing the cooking of food, rather he spends time talking to local people which is so cool ❤, keep this up sir and welcome to uttarakhand :) 🎉
