- Hello friends! Today I will cook a very tasty Lebanese salad Tabbouleh. My family really liked this healthy tasty and simple salad of greens, tomatoes and Bulgur. Simple quick and tasty salad that goes well with any dish. Ideal combination with meat or fish. Bon appetit and have a nice day!

RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
Bulgur of the finest grind - 1 cup.
Rinse bulgur under running water.
1 lemon.
100 g Olive oil.
2 bunches of parsley.
A few sprigs of cilantro.
Mint leaves.
A few green onion feathers.
Tomatoes 3-4 pcs.
Salt.
Black pepper to taste.

I love Lebanese !taboulé,but my Lebanese friends don’t put as much bulgur. Try to get a Lebanese to show you how to make it the way they make it. It’s worth it because it’s a fabulous dish!
