I forget sometimes that you live and ride at altitude. Could be cool to see your opinion on 250s and 450s if you ever ride at sea level. I live closer to sea level (like 600 feet) and 450s are wayyy too fast at that level😂😂. 250fs and 250 smokers seem to be the sweet spot here, but ive rode a 250 at altitude before and it felt really really slow in comparison.
Yeah man, super high up here! It's funny though because this is all I've ever known so it's still comparable because it's like the 250 is slow, but the 450 is also "slow" (slow in quotes because they're still super fast lol). But I'd definitely love to ride both bikes at sea level or even closer to it like 600 feet like you're saying!
Yeah... I agree I ride at 400ft and weight 180 and the 250f is fast enough for me. I have a 2020 yz250f. You gotta rev it to the moon to go “fast.”...... lol
@@ReturnOfDeeO yeah I mean, from what I hear from most people, a 450 at that altitude feels pretty well like a KTM 350 does here. 450s at sea level are wicked. My Yz250 2 smoker is plenty for me. The few 450s ive rode are just crazy, barely need more than 2nd and never more than 3rd
Good question, probably the 250F just since you have to be so much more on it and really pushing the bike, you can't let the bike simply pull ya around.
That red kit with the yam looking straight 🔥
Thanks, man! I knew Darren's Yami was all stock blue and that the red would pop on it hard so I had to send it haha
Absolutely shredding that Yam. Your corner speed is really impressive. Well done
I appreciate that, Ryan! Corners are something I've struggle with, especially when they're a little rutty. So that means a lot!
Try get on a 350. I think you would absolutely fly on that. Be a great video for you to be on all 3 bikes and compare lap times🤔🤔🤔👌👌👌
My wife has a 2019 250, when I jump on it, from the FC450 it’s just instant comfort. Just find that comfort in yam 👌🏼
Some bikes just feel RIGHT.
Having more fun on my 250 has been making me think about switching back full time!
If you're enjoying it more, do it! And right now is an amazing time to sell your bike, too.
Dude those 19's just keep wrapping out!! Sooo much power just keeps pulling! Love to see you on the BluCrew again!
It was so fun to ride, man. I could definitely see myself enjoying a 250F, especially if I actually worked on my diet and dropped 20 or so pounds.
I’m really enjoying these videos man, keep it up and stay safe🤘
Love to hear it Kyle, thank you for watching!
That track looks sick! Looks kinda mulch but different than Aztec and thunder valley
Yeah dude! It's a great track. No big huge jumps or anything but such a fun track, a good mix up from Aztec, Thunder and IMI!
Glad to see you on the blue crew ! Great video as always
Thanks, Chris! It was a lot of fun!
I’ve been on a 450 for a long time now and almost want to try a 250f again, I’m 160 lbs so surely it wouldn’t be too underpowered.
Definitely give it a try man, you might find yourself switching!
Man those Yami’s with the electric start sure seen nice 😂 my old CRF could never
I can't lie, the push to start was mighty nice haha

@@ReturnOfDeeO As always !
Great video! Makes me miss my 2019 yz250f!
Thanks, Brady! I know you mentioned a 125, but maybe come June you can go back to the YZ250F. It's definitely a great bike.
Liking for the near life experience
Glad me almost DYING was deserving of a like.
You were hauling on that thing man! Keep up the great work!!
Thanks, Mikey! Will do my best!
Hey deeo, I’m thinking about a 18 fc350 with a 390 kit what do you think?
If that's what you want, go for it!
6:37 the fuckin boys on blue. Lookin so badass lmao.
How absolutely cheesy was that shot? I set us all up and did a countdown for us to all turn haha
@@ReturnOfDeeO wasn't cheesy at all it looked badass!!
Having owned a yz250f and 450 in the past year. Idc if your going 10 seconds a lap slower you feel twice as fast on a 250. You were hauling though 😂
Thanks, Gus! So true though, you may be slower but man it feels like you're flying haha
That's sick
Thanks brotha!
How tall are you? You look huge on that bike
5’10
you need a 250 !
It was a blast, dude. Not sure the 250 is enough for my dad-bod self. But it was definitely a good time!
Do you get more tired riding the 250 than the 450?
Good question, probably the 250F just since you have to be so much more on it and really pushing the bike, you can't let the bike simply pull ya around.
ROOT BEER GANG!!! When are we getting a Barqs/A&W sponsor for yeti?
I need to get my agent on it!
Yami 250 gang :D
Gang gang!
Team Yamaha 💯👌
yeah buddy!
Idk man my man deeo looks good back on a blue bike 🤔
Felt pretty good on it too..... but not going to change bikes for a while yet haha
Get a electric start for the 450
Good idea!
Hear a lot of people blowing transmissions on the 19-20 yz250f bikes..
Glad this one didn't blow on me!
Yo
