8:20 Your interpretation is valid of course but there’s more like the push and pull that he was on the baseball path ( in real life he had intended to be a ballplayer until he had an injury) and then he ran toward his dream to be in a band. I think you didn’t see a lot of the imagery of going the opposite way of his friends and the library card had the members names on it. In the end he found another dream.
i totally agree with you, the first time I heard the song I thought he was talking about how in many cases people reduce him by his face and his voice, Felix is much more than the guy with the deep voice or the guy with the angel face (like you said he is all that but we are not going there) he is a wonderful person and he is very talented, his two solo songs (deep end and unfair) are incredible and I am very anxious to see more songs from Felix, you can see that he is very deep with the lyrics
Thank you so much. They are releasing the solo mv from youngest member to oldest member. Hyunjin's will be release on Monday. I agree with you. I love all 8 members so much and so proud of each of these solo songs. But Felix has been my bias since day 1 5 years ago before he really became the face of the group. It started with deep voice but group from there. It wasn't about his looks but the way he carried himself, it was everything else about him that mesmerized me. The visuals are amazing too. But his vocals not just the deep voice, but all of the other ranges he has are amazing.
