I had the blessing to visit Hieromonk Niphon and the monastery when I visited England, his brothers and himself were very warm and welcoming. He walked me around the church and gave me a history lesson and allowed me to venerate the holy relics, and then I attended their vespers (I am Orthodox). Given his great age, his mind is sharp and attentive, you can tell that in conversation and his actions that he is guided by the Holy Spirit. I left feeling happy and light and also allowed me to look deeper in my life for repentance and for continued seeking of Truth.

Really enjoyed watching this, it’s always wonderful to learn more about our Faith and about different locations where we have churches.

Dear F Niphon! How wonderful to see you! It has been so long since I used to attend at S Edwarda- so much happened, busy at S sava's every week. O- I was meaning to visit S Edward's but it was Covid at the time... Now I shall definitely change trains again at Waterloo and come to see everybody and greet Saint Edward. (Igor)

Beautiful, simple conversation with Hiermonk Niphon. I look forward to reading the life of St Edward the Martyr, my patron St. Thank you for your caretaking of his relics and publishing his life. I absolutely must make my way, God being my strength, to visit your monastery at some point to venerate his relics. For what it’s worth, I once had the opportunity to visit the Holy Transfiguration monastery in Boston and to my great surprise, I was met by this larger than life icon of St Edward there at the entrance to this monastery. I think this is the prototype of the replica you referenced in this video. It was such a shock and at the same time such a blessing to encounter St Edward through this icon because I had encountered so many people who had truly deep suspicions, reservations, even doubts, that anyone could be Orthodox and bear the name of Edward.

Visited here twice in 1999 and 2000 when I was Orthodox. Met Father Niphon, Father Sabbas and Archimandrite Alexis.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy upon me, a sinner.

I understand now why a single, unbroken Christian Church is so important. Look at how politicians have overtaken Jesus teachings in some rich countries. Breaking up,Christs Body on earth into ever smaller self interested groups. God bless you Father
