I always put it this way. Not everyone has Michael Jordan as the GOAT-just the educated fans. Jordan has a f*ck you resume. A resume that craps on the resumes of everyone else. Checks off all of the boxes a player needs and does it in spades.
    >Athleticism/Fundamentals
-athleticism: he was one of the fastest players, could jump higher than everyone else, had an unmatched hangtime, had strength (and aggression), and giant hands.
-fundamentals: he was an incredible finisher, a versatile jump shooter, a great playmaker, incredible at stealing the ball, one of the best shot blocking guards in NBA history, a great man to man defender a terrific help defender, and one of the best rebounding 2 guards ever.
    >Offensive & Defensive Force
-10x scoring champion (record). 9x All Defensive First Team (record).
-Highest points per game average in the regular season and the playoffs.
-Highest single playoff game scoring record (63 points). Highest finals points per game average (41 points).
-Outscored 268 of his 269 playoff opponents in points per game (excluding his rookie season).
-First player to record 200 steals and 100 blocks in a single season (and the only one to do it more than once).
-First player in NBA history to lead the league in scoring and steals in the same season.
    >MVP Dominance
-5x MVP winner (2nd all time)
-Came in the top 3 of MVP voting 10 seasons (out of his 15 seasons).
    -6x Finals MVP (record)
-3 time All Star MVP (2nd all time)
-One of 3 players to win MVP, All Star MVP, and Finals MVP in the same season (in 1996 and 1998).
    >Contributions
-The first ever rookie to lead his team in 4 out of 5 major statistical categories (points, assists, steals, and rebounds). He would go on to do that again in the year 1988.
-He also led his team in 4 of 5 major categories in playoff rounds on several occasions (1986 first round, 1987 first round, 1988 2nd round, 1991 2nd round, 1993 conference finals, and 1997 2nd round)
-One of several players to lead his team in 4 out of 5 major statistical categories in the NBA finals (1991)
-The first guard to lead his team in ALL 5 major stats in a playoff series (1989 2nd round).
-In 1997 (when combining the numbers of the 2nd round, conference finals, and finals together), Jordan led his team in all 5 major statistical categories in the last 3 rounds of the playoffs.
-He scored over half of his team's points in game 6 of the 1998 NBA finals in order to help his team win the championship.
-2x IBM Award winner-an award that measures statistical impact.
    >Winning
    -Undefeated in the NBA finals
-Never allowed a game 7 in the NBA finals
    -6 championships (both 3 peats)
    -Leader of the Bulls dynasty
-Best player for all 6 championships
-Led his team in scoring for every ring.
-Never played on a super team (unlike Bill Russell, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Kareem, LeBron James, and other winners.
-Went a record 626 consecutive games without losing 3 games in a row (500 regular season games and 126 playoff games).
-2 teams picked by the NBA as a top 10 NBA squad (1992 Bulls and 1996 Bulls)
-First ever 70 win team in NBA history (96 Bulls)
-First ever player to win a ring with only one teammate in double figures (Pippen in 97)
-6 of the top 10 worst scoring supporting casts in NBA history.

*1988 winning league MVP and NBA best defensive player of the year
*1st Player & ONLY player to have 200 STEALs and 100 BLOCKs in Multiple Seasons.

-30.1 PPG during the regular season.
    -33.4 PPG during playoffs.
    -33.6 during NBA finals.
*** Best of all times ***

Jordan is 2nd all time in blocks as a SG, but still 1st all time for guards period. The blocks he got when he played PG don't count to so SG totals, hence why D Wade was able to pass him up.

Not only is Jordan the far superior scorer than LeBron, but he dominated in an era not meant for a guy playing his position to dominate in. Basketball was always built around the big man. Jordan helped cause a paradigm that we see today where perimeter players are the dominant force over the almost defunct big man(offensive wise, you still need a dominant big to build your defense around).

Thank U for your MJ Videos, since the NBA Censored The AIR Jordan Blitz Team, and therefore silenced ALL of their Supporters, who knew THERE WAS ONLY ONE GOAT, and the thought of MICHAEL JORDAN doing ANY load Management? Yeah, NBA Players used to Play Basketball: BOTH OFFENSE & DEFENSE and they were expected to Play 82 Regular Season Games and as well as Preseason & Post Season Games. MJ missed COMBINED TOTAL of 6 Games for ALL 6 NBA Championship Seasons; which excludes LJ from ANY CURRENT or ANY FUTURE GOAT Debate. The NBA allowing the Stacking of STATS? When did the definition of an Assist change? When did it become OK to just Play when U felt like it? When did NOT Playing any type of Defense become acceptable. The NERF NBA Game sucks; which is why the ratings for the last 5 NBA Finals were less than The CELTICS vs LAKERS Series. Michael Jordan is the ONLY Player to sell out Stadiums wherever HE was playing. People who were NOT even Fans of NBA Basketball ... watched MJ. If I wanted to watch someone play H.O.R.S.E., I'd watch my Neighbors, because at least it would be more exciting. Advanced Stats & Analytics are what drives Players, Teams and YES, the NERF NBA itself. A certain Individual making lateral movements across the NBA landscape to just help increase their own STATS? Isn't that adding a LOT OF STUFFING instead of TRUTH? Thanks again and I hope to see more MJ Highlights .... One can never watch TOO MUCH of HIS AIRNESS

The biggest joke is the idea that LeBron is a better playeroff performer than Jordan. Or that Jordan couldn't perform in playoffs without so and so. His team may not have won but look at the numbers and Jordan is constantly the MVP of all playoff series he played except 2 which the team won.
If you use the gamescore stat (overall effectiveness of a player) Jordan has been the best player in every playoff series except 2.
    96 round 1 Pippen 22.7 Jordan 22.3
    96 finals Kemp 18.9. Jordan 18.5.
The Bulls won both series and was only 0.4 behind the best player.
He has played in37 series so 5.4% of the time Jordan wasn't the best player in the series but a very close 2nd. And was always the best player on the court even though the first 6 years when losing before the finals.
LeBron has 10 times he has not been the best player in the series, 5 of those not even the best player on his own team.
    06 round 1 G Arenas 24.7. LeBron 23.6
    07 finals (lost) Parker 16.2 Duncan 15.3 Ginobli 11.6 LeBron 10.6
    08 ECSF (lost) Garnett 17.6. LeBron 17.5
    *11 ECSF. Wade 23.8 LeBron 20.3
    *11 finals (lost). Wade. 23.8. Dirk. 16.6. LeBron 13.7
    *16 round 1 Kyrie 19.7 LeBron 18.3
    17 finals (lost). Durant 30.3 LeBron 29.6
    *20 round 1 Davis. 27.7 LeBron 25.6
    20 WCSF. Harden. 23.4. LeBron 22.9
    *29 WCF. Davis 24.4. LeBron. 24.1.
*not best on his own team.
LeBron has played in 49 playoff series and in 10 of them he wasn't the best player, so 20.4% of the time he was the best player on the court. And 5 of those times he wasn't even the best player on his own team 10.2% of the time, still worse than Jordan's 5.4%.
Not being the best player on his own team 5 times is huge

Really good question Dayao and heres what I honestly think and I spoke about in the video......Your scenario starts off in 1991 which I think is misleading and where a lot of people go wrong. This was already MJ's 7-8th year in the league and he had to go through those tough Piston Bad boys to get there. Lebron had a similar test with the Celtics and failed it miserably. He literally gave up and then went on to form a super team comparable to MJ teaming up with Magic and Mchale in those days after losing to the Pistons. YES by 1991 MJ fought through and built up his own team to win his first championship. Lebron in my opinion would NOT have made it to 1991 with the Bulls. He has a winning record in elimination games unlike Jordan and his stats are much better when facing elimination. Lebron averages 34-11-7 in elimination games with a record of 14-10 while jordan only averages 31-8-7 and has a losing record in elimination games(6-7)

Proof of Bron quitting..? LeBron went to join DWade and the 5th seeded Miami Heat. He also brought an All Star Chris Bosh with him. Thats like Jordan joining Ewing and the 5th seeded Knicks in 1990 and having Dominique Wilkins join up in NYC with them. Could you imagine Ewing, Nique, Starks, Oak and MJ on the same team? Hell no. Because Jordan never quit on the idea beating the team that he couldn't. He was obsessed with it. LeBron wanted to win but to win easy. So he left and joined a Wagon of All Stars and a franchise that won a ring only five years prior. Thats the difference. LeBron has been handed all but one ring out of the 4. MJ earned every single one.
Also.. Jordan along with Wade and Bosh wouldn't have lost to Dallas😂😂😂

NO DEFENSE ALLOWED! NO BASIC BASKETBALL FUNDAMENTALS! HE couldn't DRIBBLE the BALL without TRAVELING, and HE KEPT GETTING CALLED FOR TRAVELING, so what did he do? Did he learn how to Dribble the Ball? Did he learn NOT to TAKE ANY STEPS? ... NO! he went on WHINED and WHINED and WHINED on Social Media about ALL of the so-called BAD CALLS? What a Role Model, if U CAN'T DO SOMETHING ... DON'T TRY TO LEARN, and IF U SIMPLY DON'T WANT TO WORK HARD, THEN .. JUST
DON'T DO IT! (OPPOSITE of NIKE'S Ad!) . ... the NERF NBA, it's ALL about the $$$ ... in 2009 they CHANGED the DEFINITION of TRAVELING; which is a DISGRACE, and an IMMENSE DISHONOR to the Man who invented the Game of Basketball: NAISMITH ... I strongly believe kiddie Basketball Players who play NERF Basketball WILL NEVER DESERVE TO BE INDUCTED INTO the NAISMITH BASKETBALL HALL of FAME. They disgrace his name during every Track & Field + H.O.R.S.E Event! ... RIP ☠ NBA 🏀 .. ⚰ ..

I don't know what you are looking at. Do yourself a real favor. Go and watch the NBA finals back when Michael Jordan played. And show me his real help in those games. And as far as Lebron James is concerned. His flaws, or flame outs, were self inflicted. You say you can't see where he failed. I got you covered. Jason Terry, J.J. Barrera, Jason Kidd, and Jason Terry was a bench player. No other elite player has this kind of embarrassment on their finals records. Got man handled by Kevin Durant. He was on his period against the San Antonio Spurs, Kahwi Leonard, Tony Parker, was giving Lebron James fits. In Miami, he said himself, not 1, not 2, nope, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6,not 7, 8 eight finals championships at least that what he promised to the city of Miami. Did he delivered no. Before you embarrass yourself any further. He also as a leader got a bronze medal in the Olympics. Until he teamed up with Kobe Bryant and got two gold medals with Kobe Bryant. Too too many failures when the finals games on the line for legacy to become legendary. He is not are never will be Michael Jordan.

ok i see what your saying but jordan was only a scorer compared to lebron would have better passing, better shooting, better rebounder, and a better defender a WAYYYY better leader look at every team after lebron left vs when he was on the team except the heat because bosh would be hurt and we know what happened after

You sound pretty dumb .. Michael Jordan has a Dpoy , 3 steals titles , leads top 3 all time with steals. He was an All Around Player. Lebron has yet to win a Dpoy .he always takes breaks on defense

Jordan is better at scoring, moving off-ball (because he is a sg and not a pg), offensive rebounding, shot-blocking, stealing, and defending (because he has better evidences).

just why he has more Assist doesnt means he is a better passer watch Jordan he is the more gifted passer.
Most Assist from LBJ ar non Assist Assists or team efforts when he stay on the top of the key and the team run a difficult attack but yeah watch just Boxscore thats tells you everythink.
a half season Jordan played PG and had 29 ppg + nearly 11 apg.
if you watch 80 Bbal and is come to passing 3 names where Mentioned Magic, Bird and oh what a wonder Jordan
