MinnowMask is probably the only child Jayfeather actually bonds with. SlightPetal and FerretScar are twins and they both go around causing trouble. But they both become the clan's seers/messengers. FlipCloud took in the role of "man of the the family" and he needs to take it easy sometimes but he'll make a great caretaker or even parent; BrightCreek being the prime example. They're the closest siblings.
My take on the litter.
It's the grumpy character with a heart of gold trope for me. Jayfeather deserves to have kittens crawling all over him while he just sort of grumpily glares in the direction of any perceived amusement and sounds of laughter from the other cats
My little interpretation: When she and her littermates are still apprentices, Slightpetal one day goes to bother the old lady, and decides it would be fun to drag Ferretscar along with her. Ferretscar doesn't like it at first, but later starts coming back to the old lady's house with his sister. One day, he goes inside to steal something while the old lady is away, and discovers that her pet ferret has gotten loose. It attacks him, and he is left with a horrible scar. When the old lady finds him, she decides to help him. She takes him to the vet, and after he's recovered, he goes back to ThunderClan and earns his warrior name. He later decides to live with the old lady as a kittypet. I loved this video!! Jay and Briar are two of my favorite cats!!!! Have a good day/night!!!!!!!!!
Decided to try write out short stories for these amazing cats, this was a lot of fun
Bravestorm: He was the first born and feels like he has to set a good example for his younger siblings, he’s an excellent warrior that always puts others needs before his own, his aloof personality makes him seem distant and rude, a lot of cats say he acts just like his father
Minnowmask: she was born blind and was constantly pampered by others which she adored. Unfortunately, due to her blindness she’s unable to hunt or fight as well as other cats, but that doesn’t bother her as she’s happy enough helping out around camp, but she occasionally sneaks off to steal random stuff she likes the smell and/or texture of
Flipcloud: he’s a young cat with a vivid imagination and a knack for storytelling, cats adore him at gatherings due to his amazing storytelling, one of his stories being how he single handedly defeated a shark that was terrorising his clan, this so called “shark” was probably just a large catfish or something, other cats know this but don’t correct him
Brightcreek: she’s a chonky kitty who adores butterflies, she often get’s distracted by them while hunting which gets her in trouble. When she was an apprentice she’d often take more than her fair share of food due to her huge appetite, due to this she was late becoming a warrior
Slightpetal: when she was a young apprentice, an old lady twoleg found her and took her into her home, slightpetal escaped days after but couldn’t help but feel thankful for this old twoleg’s care and kept coming back to drop off gifts, however her gifts of mice and other dead animals weren’t appreciated, which made her angry, so now she visits from time to time to mess up her garden, but she still has her nice days where she tried to bring a nice present
Ferretscar: honestly, seri’s story was absolutely amazing and I’m not sure what else to add to it XD
Can’t wait to make more of these fun stories in the future

I personally think everyone in that book sucks (besides the kits) everyone was in the wrong. Maple shade came off as a little narcissistic to me.
She felt everyone was just going to accept the kittens, she thought she was entitled to Respec even when from the cats perspective, Maple had broken a rule bestowed upon them from the wiser cats who had died.
What the Riverclan leader(don't remember their name) did sucks, what appledusk did sucks, but it was a severe overreaction. Maple shade was obviously suffering from a mental illness and maybe, if things had gone different (Maple and Birch got together) she would have been able to live happily :)

@Bee Kind! that's the same with ferncloud and dust pelt. Cinderpelt did have a crush on firestar but so did sandstorm and I think they might be cousins. Anyway it's an adult and an adult apart from cinder pelt has been dead for a LONG time

Then, one time, he climbed up the mountain over Mouthermouth (I'm not gonna say what Mouthermouth is so I don't spoil anything) and was *really* close to the *clouds*, so his warrior name became Flipcloud.

So, Ferret*paw* helped him, and when the ferret removed the collar it accidentally scratched him, giving him his name, Ferretscar. (Yes, it would be kinda funny that a cat named ''Ferretpaw'' met a ferret, but maybe he had a different name or got renamed, or he just-had the name from the beginning.)

Very cute kits! I have a suggestion, BrambleBerry and CrookedStar :) my favorite medicine cat is BrambleBerry, and I like how CrookedStar became a leader, even with his broken jaw ❤️
I'm cracking up at Ferretscar because Jayfeather is my favorite cat of the clans (we're... very similar 😂) and I also own 2 ferrets (Plus my sona is a stoat/Ferret hybrid).
Now that the filler is out of the way, here's my story for him because I can't help myself hahaha.
So I feel like Ferretscar would be twins (or... as close as twins can be) with Slightpetal and the two happen to share a bond closer then most... They have telepathy with each other and constantly hear each other's thoughts. While Slightpetal isn't as bothered by this, it bothers Ferretscar a lot because he's constantly chasing after her to keep her out of trouble. When she's off in the old lady's garden getting flowers and herbs, he's the one keeping watch and keeping her safe from other dangerous animals in the area.
One day, Ferretscar is watching out for his sister when the old lady snatches him up and is taken inside. He's put inside a crate and he tries to tell his sister to stay away from the gardens. He... also can't help but complain in his head the whole time (really taking after his dad) like how the food he's given tastes like rat droppings and he's being forced to make dirt in this sand that clings to his fur and tastes disgusting.
She of course doesn't listen and recruits the help of the ferrets next door (maybe who he was named after because maybe he was saved by them as a kit, maybe that's how Slightpetal discovered the garden too) to use their crafty little paws and ability to get into tight spaces to help her get her brother out of the house. They succeed, but instead of helping him get out of the silver cage, they start pillaging the old lady's house and destroying it as revenge for them being mean to her. Having tricked Slightpetal, she goes inside to help free her brother. The old lady Edith comes in to see the commotion and tries to whap the ferrets away with her broom, but that is just more fun for them. She slips and falls, breaking her leg and getting bitten and scratched from the ferrets. Finally being free, Slightpetal wants to leave fast, but Ferretscar is furious at the ferrets and can't leave them to just pick on an old woman. He fights them off, and it's a formidable fight. He's covered in scars by the end of it but he's left with the harness of their leader signifying their defeat.
Slightpetal notices that Edith's leg is broken, and gets to work running back and forth from the garden with flowers to cover her leg while her brother fights the ferrets. Her leg is too big to set, so Ferretscar gets her to run and find help from another twoleg. Too sore to move, he (begrudgingly) comforts Edith to try to calm her down.
Slightpetal manages to lead a twoleg to Edith's house and they both take off during the twoleg chaos.
Wondering if Edith is okay, she checks in on the house and leaves flowers for Edith. She does take a few for her brother but never more then she needs. When Edith comes back, she leaves the twins flowers as thanks for helping her.

Honestly, I feel like his relationships are a lot like his fathers where Halfmoon was similar to Feathertail, and Leafpool was similar to Briarlight (or even Flametail if you like that ship 😂). He loved them both so much but the stars had different plans for them.

[Here is the background stories about eat child. Also since Brairlight is my favorite cat to ship with Jayfeather in my head cannon Brairlight was his last mate because he decided to finally settled down to be with her (Well at least in this sims 4 universe's that was created by having these au ships). Though when it comes to cannon events I just see Jayfeather dating and getting together with Brairlight, but to each their own of course and its perfectly fine if you see your head cannon as different]
Bravestorm had a deep connection with the forest territory in Thunderclan ever since he could remember. His fur allowed him to blend in with the background making him an incredible hunter as well. He knew where every tree branch, fallen log, rock, and crevice was on the ground. Though he always preferred to spend alone time out in the forest instead of socializing with his clanmates in camp. The few times he did go to camp his mind was always on different things which makes him seem like he has his head in the clouds and that he couldn't be serious about anything.
Minnowmask's social life and preferences is the complete opposite of her brother Bravestorm. Due to being born blind she had always gotten extra attention and care, but she really didn't mind it as she grew to actaully enjoy it as time went on. Despite being blind her stubbornness and strong optimism drives her to become a warrior just as good as any other cat in her clan. Brightheart was chossen as her mentor due to her resourcefullness about finding ways around her own struggles (I wont go into details because I don't want to spoil anything). Minnowpaw often reacted without thinking through things so often that she gotten herself in a few sticky situations, but she was only met with Brairlight's understanding about wanting to prove herself (which most mentors wouldn't tolerate or really understand) and her endless patience. Minnowpaw often joked around so it took her twice as long to become a warrior as her other siblings, but once she did become a warrior she was full of pride. Even though Minnowmask had greatly matured since she was a kit she still loves to steal attention, so she's often seen helping other cats groom their fur as well as others grooming her fur.
Flipcloud almost accidentally drowned as a young apprentice, but instead of fearing water, like most would from that experience, he instead became more comfortable around and being within the water over time. All his other clanmates were disgusted by the mere mention of water, so whenever they were chasing prey that ended up trying to go to the pool for saftey Flipcloud was the only one who was brave enough to keep chasing the prey into the water instead of having to grudgingly let it get away. Due to his bravery around water he became really popular with his other clanmates. Despite his popularity he still wasn't the best around others due to his overly honest nature and lack of understanding when it was appropriate or not appropriate to do say so.
Brightcreek is a very sociable, loving, and kind cat. She doesn't just like attention like her sister Minnowmask, and instead likes being around others because she genuinely cares about them (taking after her mother in that aspect). She would honestly talk for hours on end to every cat she sees throughout the day if she could, but she does have warrior duties to attend to which hinders that. Surprisingly despite her talkative nature she's really good at keeping secrets with the cats she cares about. Like a certain family member (who will go unamed to keep from telling spoilers) she has a hearty appetite, and tends to eat more than most of her clanmates. Though the extra prey comes from scraps that other clanmates tend to not finish, so she might mischievously look over another cats shoulder from time to time to ask if they're going to finish the prey or not (offering to eat any possible leftover food).
While Slightpetal isn't blind she can sometimes be blinded by visions that litteraly appear right before her. The visions come randomly so it really hinders her ability to hunt and fight making it much more difficult to do warrior duties. So after only half a moon of training she decided that she wanted to instead be a medicine cat. She was gladly welcomed as a medince cat apprentice and learned quite a bit of knowledge, but she also was innovative enough to be able to find other types of herbs to replace any missing herb stockages in their storage. Her loyalty to healing her clanmates knows no bound so when they were out of direly necessary types of herbs she ventured forth to try and find temporary replacement herbs. She ended up finding the jackpot when she accidentally reached a small barn area, that she thought was abandoned at the time, that had fields of different types of herbs and even some herbs she had never seen before. Though after a few seconds an old two-leg came chasing after her trying to get the herbs back from Slightpetal's mouth. Thus became a constant game of cat and mouse where Slightpetal came to stealthily steal herbs from time to time only when it was her last ditch effort. A few times she'd get the herbs and come unscathed, but most the time while only halfway gathering herbs she was chased out by the annoyed twoleg (luckily enough she was always energetic and constantly on her toes so she was never caught). One half of a moon she realized that the two legs was no where around, but she returned with a direly bad injury so Slightpetal couldn't help, but feel bad for her. So since then she made sure to leave some herbs at the two-legs front door to hopefully make the old two-leg feel better.
Feretscar (free spirited, frisky, and talkative) was given his warrior name after he fought two ferets on his own to try and protect 2 kits that escaped out of camp when no one was watching. He returned with both kits unscathed, but he was bleeding heavily from all the deep injuries he got in the fight so he collasped at the camp entrace from blood loss. It took a few moons before he was healed enough to be able to walk again, but the fight left multiple scars on his body that would never fully go away. Once he was healed enough his clan leader decided to immediately make him a warrior for his bravery. Now a days he constantly tells and shares his story about the fight with his fellow clanmates or anyone else that wanted to hear the story. When he became an elder his story became many new generations of kits and apprentices favorite one to hear
I could totally see MinnowMask roughly pulling a cat over to get out a tangle, like a grumpy grandma who would brush your hair before church
with ferretscar, as soon as i heard the way of him getting the collar i laughed so hard.

Yeah it really doesn’t make sense that a DLC(the most fun one at that) costs double the price of the base game, so if you want both the DLC and the base game its at least like $60-

Brave’Storm
So Bravekit got his name from being a very curious and brave kit. He often left the nursery and once ventured out of the camp when he was 4 moons old, and caught a vole. The suffix -storm was earned to him by leading and winning a battle in a storm.
Minnow’Mask
She got her name from her ears being far apart, as Brairlight thought of that as if she looked like a fish. She got the suffix -mask from being blind like her father and often said she felt like she was wearing a ‘leaf mask’.
Flip’Cloud
He got his name from standing up on his hind legs and launch forward. Therefore he got the prefix -Flip.
The suffix -cloud was from how soft his voice was and how kind he was.
Bright’Creek
Brightkit was always happy and saw the bright side of things. She tended to make others happy any way she could. -creek was from her love of hearing the flow of the river.
Slight’Petal
She got the prefix -slight, for slightly driving cats crazy with her constant speeches. -petal, for her voice as she grew, becoming soothing.

The kittens are soooo cute!!
"SlightPetal! Why do we have to do this.. it's getting my fur all matted!" MinnowMask complained, SlightPetal had dragged her siblings out to go help her with chasing the old lady. She recently saw a very pretty purple flower that she wanted, but the old lady was guarding it with an army of ferrets! "We're almost there! Just a little further." She reassured, pushing a loose old white plank of wood covered in moss, she figured out the secret way into the old ladies garden a few moons ago, it was much easier than jumping over it. She crouched under the thick flowers and bushes that layed along the edge of her yard. "Ok, here's the plan. I and BraveStorm will distract her while MinnowMask and FlipCloud sneak in and grab the flower, FerretScar and BrightCreek, you'll fight off the ferrets. Sound good everyone?" She could tell her siblings thought this was a little crazy but they all just sighed and nodded. With that, the plan was set in action.
"Come on." SlightPetal led BraveStorm out of the bushes and she went up to the old ladies window, shoving a plant off of it to get her attention. The old lady stood up and quickly stormed out of the door with a broom. BraveStorm looked at SlightPetal in concern as they ran. SlightPetal focused on the obsticals ahead, jumping on fences and over rocks.
Meanwhile, FerretScar and BrightCreek snuck out of the bushes, heading for the army of ferrets stationed infront of the purple flower. FerretScar gave a big leap and began to fight the ferrets, clawing and biting at them he managed to kill a few. BrightCreek also managed to finish a few off. Then they were faced with the boss ferret. FerretScar gave a flick of his tail, signaling for BrightCreek to let him handle this one alone. FerretScar leaped, pinning down the ferret, the ferret scratched and bit at his legs but he forced himself to stay put. He bit down and killed it, tossing it over to BrightCreek who had already began munching on the pile of ferrets, taking a bite out of all of them, testing which one was the best and most delicious.
While they were fighting MinnowMask and FlipCloud snuck forward, "MinnowMask, follow my tail! I need you to carry the flower once we get there so I can lead you back ok?" FlipCloud asked as he checked the angles, making sure he wouldn't be seen, "Yeah yeah whatever! Let's just get out of here my paws are getting all dirty!" She whined. He rolled his eyes, grabbing the flower and shoving it towards her. "Good now lets get back." He led her back, they crouched on the edge of the garden under the leaves, watching the chaos unfold.
SlightPetal leaped onto a shovel, scrabbling up it and yelling to BraveStorm, "Go back to the bush! I'll catch up!" Suddenly she was flung from the shovel and a loud CLANG! Rang out, apparently the lady had stepped on the edge of the shovel, causing it to hit her forhead and causing it to fling SlightPetal into the air. She landed with a thump, standing up and hurrying back to the bush they all met again.
"Alright? Everything went smoothly?" She asked, her siblings nodded and with that they headed back to camp. They were rewarded for bringing back so many ferrets and it turned out the purple flower had some medicinal properties aswell. The old lady did have to get treated for a small cut on her head, but she was alright and recovered, and she and SlightPetal settled out their differences and often times would meet up to hang out in the garden.
Here’s a story of the kits from Slightpetal’s point of view in 1st person :
“Ferretkit! Wake up!” I whispered. Ferretkit then woke up. “What is it?” He whispered back. “Are you gonna help me or are you just gonna sleep there?” I said. “I’ll help you.” He whispered. “Cmon, let’s go.” I led the way out of the camp, through the tunnel. Eventually, we broke into a run. We stopped at the Twoleg nest. “Right, here’s the plan. You go and distract the old lady, and I’ll steal the flowers. Try to dodge her broom.” I mewed. “Ok.” Ferretkit agreed. I slipped under the crack in the stone wall guarding the old lady’s garden. Only then did my pelt bristle and my tiny kit claws unsheathe. That was because I heard and smelt a dog. And it was very close by. Ferretkit crawled under the same crack I had used, and asked : “That’s a dog isn’t it?” I nodded. Suddenly I saw a burst of ginger and black fur walk out of the Twoleg nest, it being too familiar. “Run!” I yowled. Fortunately, there was a tree I could climb up. I ran as fast as my paws could take me and scrambled up the tree. I said to Ferretkit : “Up here!” Ferretkit ran towards the tree and scrambled up the trunk for a bit, but then the dog picked him up in it’s jaws and stalked off back into the nest. I watched in horror. I started whining loudly, until I could just about make out familiar dark brown fur. It was my mother, Briarlight! “I’m up here!” I meowed to her. She ran up the tree, picked me up, then ran down again. She placed me in the roots of the tree then crawled in herself, we were hidden that way. “What happened?” Briarlight asked. “M-me and F-F-Ferretkit tried to steal f-flowers, but then we t-t-tried to escape a dog,” I stuttered. “F-Ferretkit d-d-didn’t make it…” “I saw that dog pick him up and take him into the nest.” My mother mewed. “Let’s go get him back. Come on.” Briarlight picked me up and walked into the nest. She placed me down and leapt at the Twoleg, attacking it. Unfortunately, the Twoleg was holding something sharp and shiny. That looks dangerous! I thought. Suddenly, the Twoleg held Briarlight firmly and pushed the shiny thing into her leg. Her leg came off, blood pouring out of where it had once been. The Twoleg dropped my mother’s body. The dog came in too, it didn’t notice me though. I used this time to try to find Ferretkit. “Ferretkit!” I whispered. “I’m here!” Ferretkit was in a cage. I clawed at the catch, and it came off. “Come on, back to ThunderClan Camp!”
Many moons later, me and Ferretpaw were receiving our warrior names. Ferretpaw was named Ferretscar after the scar on his back were the dog had held him tight so many moons ago. I was named Slightpetal because I had always loved collecting flowers and petals.

I have a couple requests for the next few. Barley and RavenPaw would be soo interesting to see. SandStorm and DustPelt would be cool. They seemed Iike they were originally going to be mates if FireStar had not come to Thunder clan. Keep up the good work!

What if Bravestorm actually was a cat that decided to get revenge on someone? Maybe he would hide in the bushes and wait for the cat to come,then leap at them,and them killed them for revenge for one of his parents or siblings!
What if Minnowmask lost sight to something and not from birth? Maybe a branch poked him in the eyes,and made him start to lose vision as moons gone by?
What if Flipcloud as a kit,got the most warmth the his siblings,and that he liked fish and fell in love with another cat?
What if Brightcreek was named after Brightheart and loved chasing butterflies and catching them for their parents.
What if Slightpetal joined BloodClan for something,like maybe to feel what it feels like to kill someone or something? Or,maybe because the clan kicked her out for accusing her for murder,or something like that?
What if Ferretscar got captured by Twolegs,and forced to live there? Or,he liked to hang out with Twolegs and eat their disgusting little cat-food things and the clan found out,and made him go live there sense he liked it there so much.
(I did it from the clothes thing mostly but not for Minnowmask.)
