Sir if I want to have a bachelor's in electrical engineering i only have a good level of mathematics and physics and chem do I still have to give the biology written exam ??
If you want to study at ETH Zurich you have to complete all the exams I listed.
Is the test in German or English?
The test is in german, therefore a german certificate is required.
@ so for English speakers, we must learn German to study at ETH?( I’m in the US and I really want to go to Zurich to study medicine)
Yes, with your admission to a bachelor's degree you need a C1 language certificate.

why do u need do the eth exam? The austrian high school is not accepted?
Exactly, I graduated from an Austrian engineering highschool, but that sadly is not enough apparently :)

Unfortunately you'll have to look up swissuniversities.ch and you'll see that they have to meet a certain requirement.
