Hey mate I just recently picked up a 3071r gen 2 for my 94 gtst, just curious how you liked it? what rev range boost kicked in and dropped off etc,
I’m aiming for a super responsive and “torquey” build got plans to go a twin scroll 6 boost and get an 0.83 ts rear housing for it accompanied by the stock intake runners with a plazmaman top plenum. Big fan of what your doing and teaching the yanks a thing or two about rbs!
Hey mate i think that sounds pretty good. Im on a 0.6 rear on an ebay spec stainless manifold and a freddy intake. I find it a bit laggy for my taste but your setup sounds correct and will achieve all those things you want

Most people would probably reccomend a 3076R 0.82 tho
Garrett ta3410 with a .62 rear is also a good starter turbo, one of the cheaper Garretts, was running on my 25det made 310kw at 18psi
Just got a 25de+t steel head gasket with a 25det turbo running 8psi running a nistune chipped standard ecu how reliable is this setup? I'm looking to drift at an entry level. What would you do for reliable power with a 25de+t
If its tuned with a new gasket and 8 psi on a higher compression motor then that sounds perfect. If you're at all worried about the health of the setup, take it to a reputable tuner for them to run it on the dyno for a health checkup.

Unknown brand high mount exhaust manifold and front facing Greddy copy plenum. Seems decent as they have been fitted to the motor for 10 years with no leaks.
What exhaust set up is on this?
