Thanks for your video mate. That's very helpful! I'm about to upgrade from avatar hd to moonlight kit. My question, do you think a gopro (i own a hero10) is no more neccessary? I mean the video you've captured looks amazing...not sure if it's even worth to carry the weight of a gopro (150grams?)
@@Michelsen3K With the monlight system, you practically don't need a gopro, thus getting rid of extra weight I record with 4K 50fps, stabilize with Gyroflow, the only thing missing is flat color settings for easier color correction. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid recording. My gopro 11 mini broke, but I can still record in 4K with moonlight. Right now I still have the gopro because I'm used to the weight when flying
@@3bladefpv thanks for you reply! So there's no built in image stabilization while recording in 4K? Running through gyroflow afterwards is a must i guess? Thank you!
@@Michelsen3KIn Gyroflow, you just upload the video clip, everything else is uploaded automatically, you don't need to upload the lens profile manually, the only thing you have to do is set the output parameters.
It's weird that video from gp11 is so blurry that it looks like 720p or something. I guess sharpness setting on low may be the reason. Moonlight is kinda oversharpened, but looking miles better than video from gopro.
On the gopro, there are settings to get motion blur, all manual settings. On moonlight it's all auto for now and no motion blur, I'd like to have a bit of motion blur for a cinematic look
The trees at horizon, caddx did well there... O bit oversharpned but still good.
Hi!! what video!!! The sync between the 2 cameras and the flight path is the same, its great!! Congrats!! regards from Mexico!
Gopro (cool daylight)
Avatar (warm white)

@@3bladefpv Nah, if you put the right ND filter and fix the shutter, you get motion blur. In that take there is none cose you let the shutter in auto.
Some people, including JB, say that using Gopro doesn't make sense at this point.
