Sorry I can't help you since I only follow a handfull of BJD companies among hundreds. It also depends what kind of chubbyyou are searching for, because the curvier it is, the more difficult it is to design a shape and joint system that will work. I remember reading full discussions about the technical difficulties of such design. I think the best way is for you to join sites like Den of Angels or some BJD Faceup group where your question can be seen by a ton of people.
Can't wait to see the faceup on the Momomi! She's cute now, I bet she'll be absolutely adorable when you have her 'made up.' She looks more earthy than the Minifee...I would describe Chloe as more ethereal. You'll do a great job on her, I know!

It depends on the package (it is usually outlined in the description of each doll product). But if the doll does not come with a faceup you can pay extra and the company will do it for you.

Trial and error is not that bad even when you are on a budget because if a piece of clothing doesnt fit, you can always resell it for pretty much the same price. It can be a lengthy process but it is worth it to me :)

I highly doubt that any BJD doll can fit MH clothing. Most of the MH dolls have tiny waists, and that just looks unrealistic all together.
