It all sounds good, except for the "AT LEAST 50 GRAMS of protein at Breakfast"? HOW? 😮 That's like 9 Eggs! YIKES!!! 🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚😣 A 10 oz Steak has 42 grams.
I guess u hvn't seen the Canadian BF? 😂 It involves 2 eggs,toast,beans,cherry tomatos,meats....whatever is on that plate.🔥✔😅
