    Most of what she says works for most women. If I eat breakfast early, I gain weight. I practice intermittent fasting, not eating breakfast until 11am.

      Me too no eating until after 12.30 noon 👌 then all afternoon until 5.30 👏👏👏🍀

    It all sounds good, except for the "AT LEAST 50 GRAMS of protein at Breakfast"? HOW? 😮 That's like 9 Eggs! YIKES!!! 🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚😣
    A 10 oz Steak has 42 grams.

      I guess u hvn't seen the Canadian BF? 😂
      It involves 2 eggs,toast,beans,cherry tomatos,meats....whatever is on that plate.🔥✔😅
