i am having problem. at 5:20 when you press opt+cmd+z for bringing the layer back... so when i do it is undoing the whole process and i have again to do color range etc.. really helpfull if you can answer what should i do !! hey man thanks for the video

at the very beggining, how do you fixthe sky's posision?
Press CMD + T if you're on a Mac or CTRL + T if you're on windows. You could also right click and press free transform.
