Polygram Video (DVD, 1996-1997)

I've noticed that the original upload of this Polygram DVD logo has been removed, so I thought I'd help out and upload the logo. This was taken from my RLE on Polygram Video. This would've been seen on early DVD's from Polygram. The CLG Wiki says that the early DVD release of Ghost in the Shell has this logo on it.
