I’ve heard it recommended to squat (no knees on ground) because so much quicker to get up and move. Also don’t have to worry about knee in broken glass, etc. I would not recommend it unless you practice it, which I do (dry fire) most days.

I hope you do a video how to transition from position to position. How to get quickly prone minimizing possible injury and damage to gear and how to be able to move again, when to keep moving, primary and secondary access in certain positions, reloading/clearing malfunctions...good video. I think you can add more detail having another camera that shows the other side of the cover if you want to make a point what is visible.
