Hearing how you see Serial Blacks physics mod as inferior I assume you probably downloaded his old Steam version of the mod that doesn't work. You have to register on his site where he sells his sounds, then download his physics mod for free (ATS only). There is no way, simply no way, Frkn64's would be better. His feels like an arcade game in comparison.
