I accidentally overdosed on medication (as I’m on lots of meds for chronic disease) and my heart rate went to 200bpm while in hospital, I thought I was dying. My skin felt like it was burning, I couldn’t breathe properly, I had chest pain, I was so disorientated. There’s nothing more scary than having your heart beat so quick that you can feel and hear every beat, I’m only 19 and thought I would die that night.
Yup. I had sustained v tach in April, hr was north of 350bpm and unresponsive to drugs so they cardioverted me. It was weird not feeling pain from it, just extreme discomfort. Was like somebody was trying to pull my heart out of me.
Thank you for sharing! I've been diagnosed with VT in 2007. I have a AICD and a Heart Monitor. My Dr. prescribed me Coreg and Dig. My CHF is under control but the Cardiomyopathy isn't. At this point my EJ fraction is at 20 percent and my Dr. has prescribed me Entresto. With all this going on, is it possible that my EJ fraction will increase?
Sheree McLaughlin Check out Metabolic Cardiology by Dr Stephen Sinatra. He suggests 4 supplements to use. His Awesome Foursome. This helped raise my Ejection Fraction. You can find this information online too.

I too had to go to emergency room my heart rate was about 180 with 104 F fever. I also had 138/75 blood pressure. I felt supercharged and anxious.
@@riturajseal6945 it’s the scariest thing ever, it’s made me anxious to do certain things for the future

@zoe how are you doing a year later?
@@ProChargedLS2 how’re you now
Very nice video 👌
It seems like this video is more about premature ventricular contractions than VTs...
Well basically VT is just pvcs all at once.
Wow........Wonderful!
I have vt and it sucks!! My heart is damaged from a heart attack and now I'm on meds for life!
Jade pray for you
It is treatable or not sir
Very thought ❤ I don't think I'm getting the minimum care I need in my country it's so much 😢 250-100bpm for hours
Very handsome doc
Check your heart beat.. Any palpitations? 😜

Very good vid. But as I'm not medically literate, i had to watch about three times. 😕☺

Do obstructive and non-obstructive coronary artery heart disease cause tachycardia?
I was just thinking the same
Mines caused by Dysautonomia
This sounds so similar to Atrial fibrillation (AFIB) at its worse or VT something totally different or maybe stems from poorly managed AFIB overtime 😕
I had a V-Tach while in surgery
what happened?
