Not going to lie. I'm a jeweler and it's hard work. We get yelled at, have orders that have to he 100 percent accurate, we can't make a single mistake when designing for someone. Plus, we don't get paid by the hour like every other job out there. We get paid by the sale.
Do it! Jewelry is awesome! I make jewelry but nowhere close to this level. I wanna get more into fine jewelry and learn how to make engagement rings. You can make a lot of money by doing that.

Hello, that is such a nice video! By the way, I'm quite curious about how you price the product. I have an assignment where I have to set the price for the diamond product, which consist of main diamond (diamond) and main material (gold, silver). If it is possible, I really want to know how you guys get the diamond's information from the customer (Like they will choose the carat, the color, and the clarity), and then you will give them the price, make the product, and add the made product to somewhere for references. I couldn't imagine being able to facet a heart shaped diamond as that's one of the hardest shapes to cut, much less make a ring like that. I guess I should just stick with what I know how to do and perfect that.

Do you stamp the inside of them ? Do you have to be an assayer to melt the metals to make rings to guarantee the purity
