Webinar Gender Sensitivity

A gender and development course initiative of CU Graduate School, to spread awareness on the present gender issues in the society. This webinar was started last September 23, 2020, via google meet.
The resource person for the said activity was no less than Ms. Jorhen Kris A. Balabat, a registered social worker who was also previously connected with DSWD Region 10.
This webinar aims to talk about the intricacies of Gender Sensitivity which aims to shed new light on promoting gender equality in the country.

Since the definition of gender is based from the social construct. Then how the term "man" and "woman" was define base from the social construct?
