It could be that some students didn’t or couldn’t get much out of their clinical training sites so they basically are forced to take low pay so to start getting on the scanner any job will let them due to very low confidence. Also many older techs tell new grads they must pay their dues and grind for experience as if struggling is normal. Thank you for your videos as source of motivation. Question: did your temp staffing able to place you somewhere local?

I'm studying really hard and I'd feel deceived if my current externship place suggested something similar. Would you mind sharing the exact name of this staffing agency/agencies? Do they only offer travel work, or is there more to it?

In CA. Externship sites have constant stream of free student help. Many of them are not motivated to hire if they do often a low offer.

Thanks for this. Do you know anything about the books MRI in practice by Catherine westbrook or grays anatomy for students by Richard L drake. I start Mri classes at end of July. Leaving sterile processing and switching over so I'm brand new and want to brush up on anatomy before school and the other book has a lot of good reviews on amazon for studying for that test. Thanks
