Beautiful voice, beautiful melody.. But the lyrics really get to me..Those words are poetic, heartfelt and concise. They paint a picture of a real world scenario that you can easily wrap your soul and mind around.
When I heard him sing the song the first time I watched the movie stir crazy it made me cry reminded me of my dear departed wife every time I hear it I cry if I ever hear that song again I will always cry that man had such a beautiful voice you would never think so looking at a man like that but his voice was a very exceptional what a talent he had
Beautifully sung and nice to hear without background from the film. Erland had a lovely voice and it's so sad to think he passed away aged only 34

It was Dorian Holley that actually sang it...only learned that today myself after first watching Stir Crazy over 20 year's ago
