glad it's working for you! regi was so uncommon early on in this cup's meta that i didn't factor it in as a potential corebreaker, but it isn't as terrible as it would seem. if it's on lead, i think the best way to play the matchup out is to play out the 0 shield and soft lose with kingdra, then farm down with escav. escav energy is super hard to punish in this cup
@@aston-ishing damn, i'm sorry to hear that man. i can't even front the fact that this is def an RPS cup and it can be stupidly frustrating to keep losing lead and swap and consequently losing games. honestly wish i could do this but once the game becomes frustrating in that way, it's probably best to take a few days off
@@shmeaty18 all's good! Yea I have tried a few teams and it all wound up being pretty much the same. But I have found escav to be quite a niche core breaker for quite a few. Tried it with ferror and lanturn, finally a positive set 😅

I have rarely seen Swampert running amok in this meta
i remember it was super good a rotation or two ago, but it really doesn't like poli and ferro being on just about every team
I wish it worked for me. Went 1-4, 0-5, 1-4 with it. Am officially done with this RPS cup.
