I live in depression.... Anxiety... Stress.. Panic attacks impulsive explosive disorder. Nobody to ever vent to but a psych who just wants too feed you meds. I isolate myself from society .. And Rage builds and builds and builds! Then found problematic. Someone I can truly relate to, and his music shows me that. So when I find myself in a dark place?which is a lot anymore I come to this channel. It helps quite a bit. And through all this I've learned my mind is my worst enemy and most will never understand that. Maybe it's time I get my notepad and pen out!
