- After rescuing thousands of people in Florida during and after Hurricane Helene, the state is sending crews up to western North Carolina to help rescue trapped Floridians.

Florida Home owmers Insurance does not pay after these storm. Homeowners have to sue. Then when the insurance company looses, they appeal and on it goes. The governor permits these insurance companies to get away with this. I was a huge fan, but it's fading.

Insurance companies DID try to get out of paying for roofs. My husband is STILL fighting, only because he knew they were trying to pull something.

So He rejected $250 in federal money to help needy kids for a lunch program because "welfare benfefits" are needed in his state but uses Florida tax dollars to help North Carolina ! 🤔
He is a great Governor. And he is helping FLORIDIANS in NC, not everybody. But they won't say no to others if they are there while a Floridian is being rescued. Get your facts straight.

MoRon Desantis needs to help his own residents of Florida . He is allowing insurance companies to commit fraud against their customers. We are still without power and houses are filled with sewage and sand.

Almost all of Florida has power back.
Additionally the resources being sent are completely different. A Florida guardsman and Helis aren’t going to repair power grids. This is a search and rescue operation being sent to assist other states who need it.

IT is HOT Contractors and Home owners need AC, and shelter. The Governor will not allow them to bring in campers on grade with a utility pole while the rebuiling is goinfg on. The area are completly devistated. There is no building for contractors to stay in. They are sleeping in their cars. I was a huge fan, but the admiration is quickly fading.
